Be careful if you have food allergies. This store has been fairly consistent in screwing up my orders. I have a severe dairy allergy and the staff constantly make my pizza with dairy cheese. It seems like any modification or substitution is ignored. Timing the orders doesn’t seem to help either. Cross contamination is not considered at all. I’ll probably stop eating here for a while.

“I recently had a frustrating experience at Papa Murphy’s. I ordered a pizza with specific toppings, but the staff didn’t seem to listen, resulting in extra charges for items I didn’t even want. When I complained, the best they offered was $3 off my next purchase or to bring back the pizza and receipt to remake it. Living 30 minutes away, that’s not a solution, it’s a waste of gas and time. Poor service and a disappointing meal!”

Idk what is going on at this place, but I called in a order they said 20 mins which is fine but I get there well past 20 mind and they hadn’t even started it. Told up another 10, go back and it still wasn’t done. They weren’t busy. At all there were no customers. Yes they had online orders butdarn. 30 mins for one pizza was crazy.

I rated this store higher before, as I typically buy multiple pizzas when I order, like at least 4+. I always scan my QR codes they send with the pizzas, for extra rewards, as alot of us do, right? A lady had called me on 8/13/2025 from a higher up office demanding that I give 5 stars reviews, if I want my rewards. Questioning why I wouldnt rate them with 5 stars across the board ect. Said lady was very demanding and hostile with her questions and words back to me. I later went into my online account to check said rewards, only to see my rewards had been removed from my profile. I really didnt appreciate the attitude or threat. I am not one to take threats or demands lightly, especially when we spend so much of our $$ at this establishment. So here I am giving an honest review after hostile phone call.

Been using Papa Murphy’s for years. Ordered two pizzas and they were both wrong so we called to see if we could at least replace one of the pizzas we could bring the pizzas down or take pictures to show them. The vegetarian pizza didn’t even have sauce on it. Sean the manager said the best he’ll do is give us 50% off of a medium pizza. Hilarious in a bad way. Sean needs a refresher course in customer service

The employee greeted me as I came in and asked how my day was. Confirmed if I was placing an order or picking up one. Gave me moment to look at the menu and explained a couple of the pizzas for me. Ashley was awesome and the service was quick. Pizza was great and my kids loved it!
