I could have gone to Dominoes next door. However, Dominoes pizza has some significant issues with getting orders correct and/or complete. There seems to always be something wrong! Resolution is ALWAYS arduous, time consuming, and a Royal PIA!
PAPA MURPHYS is a consistently SUPERIOR product AND, the staff are so much more focused on getting the best product they can out the door.

Every single time we have ordered at this papa murphys, they have screwed up the order. Even when I have them repeat it back, they still seem to get it wrong. Tonight we ordered a pan crust and a thin crust pizza. They both didn’t have the oil on the bottom of the dough. It makes the pizza taste different and our thin crust pizza stuck to the tray it comes on. I just don’t get why this place constantly makes errors. I’ve come here for a few years now, at least twice a month, and we will no longer support the Silverton Papa Murphys. Training is obviously a huge issue.

We had to wait 45 minutes after ordering. Molalla typically has the order done in 10-15 minutes. One of our pies came with a fly in the toppings. 🙁

PM associates are honestly helpful about personal dietary restrictions. Product is really fresh. You can taste the difference. Price is comparable to anywhere else.

This has to be the worst Papa Murphy’s I have ever been to. The assistant Manager is a complete jerk. Incredibly rude and doesn’t give a rip. Hardly any toppings and the toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza. Pizza tasted old not fresh at all. Ingredients are definitely not the quality of other Papa Murphy’s. Ordered 3 pizzas went to pick them up and only 2 were in the rack. Manager told me tough luck someone else must have grabbed one of ours and it’s to bad for me. So I’m out $ 21.+ For a pizza. The owners really should look into what’s going on at that store in the evenings. Mushrooms were slimy and old. We have ordered Papa Murphy’s from many other locations over the years and this place is garbage. Very poor quality.

New person training was very thoughtful and considerate. Trying to do a good job. It’s so refreshing to see. Everybody in the store was very attentive. Clear-eyed, no attitude, eager to help and serve. Left a nice tip. For the price, that’s the best pizza.

I must say, the Papa Murphy in Silver Lake/ Mill creek area has an employee named Brandy who gave really good customer service! She suggested the New Yorker (original crust) and it was deliciooooosooooo ! And luckily, I was able to nab the last Mediterranean salad! But above all, Brandy receive a tip-off because her customer service was excellent!
P.S. Because I take my reviews serious, I gave it an honest review of 3 via atmosphere because store has not had a facelift since opening but it can be seen as a otherwise clean environment.
