Awesome Customer Service with a Smile from two Rockstars! Nick was very friendly and helpful in taking my order. Nick was definitely very passionate and positive about the pizza experience at Papa Murphy’s. Faith did a great job making my pizza the way I ordered it. Very fast service. Papa Murphy’s was very clean and inviting. After I took the pizza home, I found the baking instructions easy to understand. Once I took the pizza out of the oven, I pleasantly found the Papa’s Favorite and All Meat Pizza had a flavorful crispy crust, the tomato pizza sauce was very tasty, the meat and vegetables–including the pepperoni, ground beef, mushrooms and onions– were fresh and delicious. The price of a Papa Murphy’s Pizza was cheaper than I expected. It was a very positive and happy place to get a pizza! I’ll be back soon!

They were responsive to a technical issue with ordering online. They were prompt with the order and it was as expected.
As far as the baking, when we get a pizza, it usually cooks a lot faster in our oven than the instructions call for. It’s nearly burnt if we do the minimum time. We’ve learned though, so it’s not an issue these days.

Ordered a large pizza with a stuffed crust. The pizza overall tasted great but the cheese they used in the crust was hard and tasted like garlic rubber. Overpowering Tate of garlic and hard cheese. Worst stuffed crust I’ve ever had. But the staff were very friendly and quick with the order. I may order again but definitely not another stuffed crust.

It’s my favorite pizza/salad place. I will go to the papa murphys on Wallace rd in Salem, or almost everynight for a salad or trustless pizza. The workers there are so wonderful and they all know what I get right when I walk in the door. Best pizza salad, and more is all at Papa Murphys West Salem, Oregon.
