I’ve been going here for literally 10+ years. The last 4 times I’ve gone they have messed up our pizzas. I even told the person taking my order the last 4 times there has been an issue with the pizza and to make sure they don’t forget the olives again tonight.
More than one of the employees heard my comment and not a single one even bothered to acknowledge what I had said or appologize about it.
Caught the Person in charge wrapping my pizza and noticed they forgot the olives AGAIN!!! Like, Really!? I get the same pizza everytime, there’s even a paper that follows the pizza that says what’s on it, how do you screw that up?
Sadly this location has severely gone downhill over the last few months. Obviously there has been a shift or change in management and it sucks.
The chicken bacon artichoke had basically no spinach and had a bunch of Red sauce under one of the slices. Just Pay attention!
They also seem to be getting very skimpy with toppings. I ask for Extra topping cheese on my pizza and they seemed to skip that request the last several times as well.
I think our new Tuesday tradition will be tacos if yall keep dropping the ball and falling short with our pizzas.
It also helps to acknowledge when you have frustrated customers and let them know you’re sorry and you’ll make it right somehow instead of ignoring them. Ignorance is the biggest form of shitty customer service you can offer to someone.

Been going here for years and over the last year or two our pizzas are always made with fresh ingredients and the staff are always so friendly. Plus the coupons are nice! However I do wish baking instructions were a little better but it could be my oven but it seems I can never go by the actual baking instructions I usually have to cook it longer than it says on the paper depending which pizza style we get.

Generally when go into your shop, we are greeted. Not today. The young man who opened needs a class in customer service. No acknowledgement when we entered. He was doing something at tge cash register, we waited in case he was counting. Then he washed his hands and then started filling the dips. He said nothing at all, not hello, just a moment, or call someone from the back. We left and am not sure if we will go back.

This rating is not specific to this location, but in terms to the company in general. Prices have trippeled in the last three years, but quality and quantity have not kept pace. I am almost ashamed to say that I buy pizza this place. I might as well go buy a fully cooked pizza, that is bigger, for the same price fully cooked!

They accommodated my request for an earlier pick up with friendly customer service and provided optional baking suggestions in response to a casual comment.

I think papa Murphy’s just take and baked my soul. I picked up a xl ny pep and an onion beef pizza for only 20 freaking dollars. Which in this economy, with a crashing market, is just a god send. I copy the local Paddingtons taco pizza by adding Doritos and fresh tomato to the top of the onion/beef pie. And it’s a decent knockoff for a ten dollar bill. Both pizzas were crispy and slapped harder than a gen z kid with an iPad. Would highly recommend.
