The workers in the store were very personable, nice and attentive when I get home I realized the pizzas had so many toppings on them. The cooking pan would barely hold them up. It was an all-around great experience.

Pizza took way longer to make than promised. They kept giving me attitude about coming and asking about when my order would be ready as it as already passed the time promised in the email and the time they verbally told me it would be ready. I don’t have time to sit inside and wait with 3 kids. Go to a different papa Murphy’s if you want pizza without the attitude.

Food and service were both fantastic! The employees working there were very professional, quick and accurate. They also seemed happy to be there, must be some good leadership at this location to have such happy helpers I recommend this location over any others in the Portland area!! The folks here make pizzas way better then any other papa Murphy’s around.
Ingredients are plentiful and more importantly for me, evenly spread out in a visually pleasing way.
They are tough people.
An employee here one time was hurt by a robber and still came to work.
It makes me feel if I ever witness that around me I wouldn’t hesitate to help and protect them.

When I brought my pizza home from ordering online I discovered that mixed onions were put on my order when my order asked to remove them. This is a big inconvenience to have to drive back to the store only to be corrected on my terminology/wording about my polite ask to have the pizza remade. After the employee said she would make me another pizza she prioritized two other customers with their orders. One was picking up and needed to pay. Hello, I already paid and my order is wrong. The second customer only wanted bread, so again I am waiting for my order to still be made and I have already paid plus tip. I am a very frequent customer and cannot believe this was the experience at your store.
