Teenage employees berated family member after they messed up an order for a vegan pizza and made it with cheese and cream sauce. They refused to help, or fix their mistake, and insisted that my family member was the one in the wrong while berating them. Called afterwards to hopefully talk to a manager and actually get some help, and got the other teenage employee present, who then lied about being a manager to my spouse, and about checking their system for *their* error. Hope those employees have the year they deserve ✨️ and I would advise everyone to avoid this specific location of papa Murphys

Went to this location because the mangrove one was so busy. Told them I was allergic to onions and ordered no onions and my stuffed pizza had onions in it and they refused to give me a refund!!! They girl literally called me a liar when i called about it!! They have no respect for food allergies and i also had no idea this location was so much more expensive!!! Had to pay twice as much for my pizzas that were horrible. They both had very little cheese on them and the sauce was a good 5in from the edge! Payed 50 dollars for two pizzas i had to cook myself. Never going to this location ever again!!!

I would like to say that tonight papa did me right! They had the cheese stuffed crust on special went for it. I haven’t had pizza this good since the 90’s. I ran into an old friend I hadn’t seen for sometime, it was a touching reunion the staff was accommodating and the atmosphere;delightful.

Papa Murphys located on Eaton Rd is by far the best location in town. I have tryed them all and I’ll just say this women runs her business right. Always fresh never short on toppings. And great customer service. Always a great team working there. I drive all the way across town past 2 other locations to get my pizza from the Raton location.
