My wife wanted to get pizza for dinner. She wanted the Chicken Artichoke and I chose the Greek Pepperoni. We made the order online and it said the pizzas would be ready to pick up around 7pm. We arrived about 7:05pm and only 1 pizza was ready. We waited another 10 minutes or so while they served other customers and made our 2nd pizza. When unwrapping to bake, I notice that there wasn’t much artichoke and that the toppings were not spread out very well and were all more towards the center. We got the thin crust on both pizzas, they both were maybe made a little too thin. Overall, the pizzas did taste good.

We have always loved Papa Murphy’s, but our last two visits were extremely disappointing. Last night, the pizzas were not ready on time. My husband had to wait for 15 minutes at the store. When he got home and looked at the pizzas, one was very misshapen.(see photo). The chicken bacon artichoke pizza was missing the artichokes and the dough was flat. We did not enjoy the pizzas at all! I don’t know what’s going on there, but we don’t plan to return unless things change drastically!

I love Papa Murphy’s pizza BUT THIS location specifically I have had multiple customer service issues at. Specifically with the associate working the counter tonight 4/24/25. I understand that it may be a little inconvenient to have customers come in during that 30 minute window before closing but at the end of the day the restaurant is NOT closed so having an attitude, barely speaking and slamming things because I come in to order in that window is extremely unnecessary. Not to mention, from 8pm-8:10 (They close at 8:30) I called the restaurant numerous of times to order over the phone but they didn’t answer, forcing me to order inside the restaurant when I got there at 8:15pm. So – IF YOU WANT TO AVOID PEOPLE COMING IN NEAR CLOSING TIME AND POTENTIALLY LOSING A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF YOUR FUNKY ATTITUDE THEN ANSWER THE PHONES SO THE ORDER IS ALREADY DONE AT 8:15 INSTEAD OF HAVING TO START IT AT THAT TIME. And TO ADD, I paid for extra pepperoni and the pizza not only doesn’t have that but it was made sloppy because AGAIN he had an attitude and was slamming things around. It’s unprofessional and plain rude. @Management needs to do something about this.

The staff are kind and very open. If you’ve got a problem or concern with your order they’re ready to help. The instructions that come with the order are easy to understand. As a vegetarian I love that they offer a wide variety of vegetables. There’s also a few choices for other diets such as gluten free (crustless and gluten free crust) and dairy free (dairy free cheese). If you like pizza and are willing to bake it at home then I recommend trying this place.

I placed an order for dairy free cheese and they delivered a pizza with real dairy cheese. Dairy is an allergen and could have resulted in a very bad incident at the hospital if we had not caught it. We also order a 2 for $6.99 deal and only received one of the 2 items. This store does NOT answer the phone. I have called more than ten times over several days. The 800 number for customer service responds that it is a franchise and they can not help. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not spend your money here. They don’t care about you or your safety.

Ol Harvard Baskethead my pal from the olden days was no exception, but it’s okay. And you know what….Nothing says..it’s nice to see you better than when you hand them a pizza when they open the door. Papa Murphy’s pizza is a 5 star joint. ☆☆☆☆☆

They close early all the time!!
Hours say close at 830, but I pull up at 8. Sometimes even 745 and theyre closed.
I never try to be the last customer but sometimes after work, theyre the only decent option. Aside from fat burger. And then they close early!

The store was overwhelmed today. They said they had over 800 orders. However, the manager and crew were working very well together and doing a grest job considering how behind they were. Next year I will order pizzas the day before Halloween, to avoid the rush.

The employee who assisted us was very kind. But the atmosphere is not sanitary, it was gnats everywhere. On the outside of the glass, on the inside of the glass. They were flying in front of the lady making our pizza.
Think twice before coming to this location.
