I came in saying that I do not get a real pizza that often; usually get a cauliflower crust from the store. The guy making my pie overheard my conversation, wish I got his name, loaded my pizza with pepperoni.
This is the reason why I will always come back to Pappa Murphy’s. The ability to make decisions to create an experience for the customer memorable, is vital for any business
Not really thrilled with the new loyalty program because before, I was always one away from a free pizza.

The $10 is a fantastic deal! The pizza is delicious and made exactly to order. There are plenty of toppings , regardless of what you order. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They always have my order ready when I get there and I never have to wait. I love baking it myself because then I can eat it fresh and hot out of the oven, unlike having pizza delivered from their competitors and you have no idea how long it takes to get to you from the restaurant.

Okay 4 star is because the website is extremely difficult to use on phone. That being said service was amazing! The 2 gents working that night did an amazing job and really put the topping on our pizza. If every pizza is like that I’m glad to come back to PM after 10+ years of not buying from them.

This place used to be so good, but like many restraunts, they’ve cut back on their ingredients. I tried to write them to show them that this particular location isn’t even putting on a decent amount of ingredients like they show in pictures on the site, I was ignored. Choose another pizza place. This place doesn’t care. They don’t even put enough cheese to cover their sauce. I did attach a picture after it was baked to show you what I mean, same picture I sent them and they ignored. It’s fine, pizza dough is cheap to make, I can bake my own from now on, but this used to be one of our favorites and its sad its turned into the mcdonalds of pizza in Surprise.

Decided last min to order two pizzas just before I left work. I was exhausted but as soon as I entered, the staff all smiled and said Hello, which put a smile on my face after the busy day I had! I know it sounds weird to even leave a comment about it but, their Sweetness was what I needed at that moment 🙂 My order was almost ready when I walked in! In summary: Friendly Staff and Very Fast even though they were pretty busy!

This Papa Murphy’s is absolutely amazing! They make the best pizzas. They have such a clean restaurant. The staff is very friendly always kind and very helpful. Being able to get 4 different flavors on 2 pizzas is outstanding and everyone can be happy! For 13$ 2 pizzas and mixed flavors… you can’t go wrong! Thank you PM

We Visited this store 3 times in the last 40 days and WOW the customer service is very good! Friendly, informational, always happy. The three guys working today were awesome! Two weeks ago there were 2 guys and they were awesome as well. You can’t beat the prices, specials, and friendly staff. It’s a win win! Way to go everyone at this location.
