I typically order ahead myself for in store or curb pickup. Gourmet Veggie has been a family favorite since I was a kid (at least 15 years), especially since red sauce upsets my stomach. Lots of veggies, the artichoke and zucchini being my favorites. We add feta at home, personally, as well but without it is still really good! The salads are also good but not always as fresh so I don’t get them much any more.

Went to papa Murphy’s for the first time, picked up the family size pizza. At first I was like what is all the fuss with these pizza’s, I ordered the thin crust pepperoni, sausage and cheese for $9. Took the pizza home added pineapples and jalapenos to make the pizza just how I wanted, since I had them at home already. The baking instructions stated to preheat oven to 425, bake for 12-18 minutes. I baked the pizza for 18 minutes, man let me tell you it was delicious. Only issue was it was super think crust, but still very delicious. Maybe next time I will get the thinker crust. Bravo! We enjoyed the pizza

Pizza was fresh, delish, baked perfectly. The toppings were just right! Loved having fresh pizza right out of our oven. Even did a custom order of half/half. Perfect and ready on time for pickup.
Edit: ordered again today. Perfect as ever. 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 chicken artichoke and 1/2 papa’s favorite 1/2 all meat. Fresh ingredients, fresh made. Thin crust is perfection. Bake at home and 4 of us will eat for 2-3 meals for about $40. The value and quality is top notch.

We ordered a gourmet vegetarian minus artichokes add black olives, which is what I always get when getting Papa Murphy’s. I cooked it like normal but this time when I pulled it out of oven it was water logged. I could literally pour the water off the pizza…the bottom crust was done but the inside was still raw and it had so much water that it could not cook correctly. What do they do soak their veggies in water and then not drain them?
We called and offered to bring it in to show them but they said they could not do anything because there was no manager. They took our name and phone and said someone will get back to us….really, so what we are just supposed to pay out more money for something else to eat???? My husband got upset and took the pizza to them and showed the water that you could pour off. Then had them make a cheese pizza with the understanding that the manager will call tomorrow. She better… because a cheese pizza does not cost as much as the Gourmet Vegetarian. This is really BAD customer service.

Eeeh…definitely don’t call’em Big Papa… it’s alright, nothing special. I’ll eat it, but I don’t buy it. Support your local businesses, that’s my moto, when I can afford it, which isn’t often.
