It took a little longer than I expected due to how busy they were, But the quality I got was well worth it. I watched these two young men while they built the orders. They double checked every ticket as they butil the pizzas, stopped to answer every call, greeted every guest that walk in.
The quality was well worth the wait. And to watch these young people stay calm, be polite and attentive to every detail was wonderful. This was around 4pm on Friday March 6th. Wonderful and exemplary customer service and pride in their work.
And yes the pizzas were perfect!! Couldn’t have been happier!!

I’ve purchased thousands of dollars of pizza at this location over the past decade. They’re competent, but many times not so overtly friendly.
Today I stopped by to pick up a pizza and dipping sauce. The dipping sauce container was nowhere near full. I asked the employee if he could please fill it up, since I paid extra for it. He said that they just “put a scoop” in there and you get however much they end up scooping into the container. And he followed it up with “I just work here” as an excuse not to care. I’ve had brusque service here many times, but today takes the cake. Basically he was communicating to me, “I don’t really care about your experience… you just get what you get.”
Very disappointing.

We get papa Murphys on a fairly regular basis. If you can slide the pizza off the paper tray the bottom does not cook properly. Tonight, the regular crust was stuck to the paper, and the thin crust chicken pizza barely came off the tray and fell apart putting it back on.
Not sure if dough is old, or no flower used while making crust. But something was not right.
Other than that taste is good, just not crispy crust.

We walked in and ordered five pizzas on a Friday afternoon and walked out about 10 to 15 minutes later. Their pizzas are absolutely delicious! I highly recommend cooking one at a time in the oven (if you put two in there they always turn out doughy in the middle) and brushing on some garlic butter to the crust halfway through the cooking time. Also you can’t go wrong with their stuffed pizzas! They are worth the price.

Every time I eat Papa Murphy’s pizza I remember how much I love it! This one did not disappoint! This location is amazing and friendly! They said it would be ready in 20 minutes but it was done in 10. I sure appreciate a quickly made pizza!!

I’m not sure what has happened to this location but heed my warning and go elsewhere for pizza. We were the only ones in the store but seemed to have annoyed the guy working because he was less than friendly. After he’d made the pizza, he asked if I needed instructions, I didn’t hear him and then he made a comment of “apparently not”..as if the shitty service wasn’t bad enough the pizza was terrible. One pizza had to be forcibly scraped off of the baking paper and the other one could have been used to beat off a bear it was so hard (and somehow over baked at the same time.) Save yourself the time and money – a gas station pizza would be better.

We were in Park City visiting and ordered from this location. We regularly order Papa Murphy’s from locations close to our home. We ordered the same pizzas that we typically order when at home. This location seems to be cutting costs at the expense of the quality of their pizza. The pizza was clearly inferior to what we typically get. Less dough, skimpy toppings. The pizza was an extreme disappointment. I would avoid this location and make the drive to a different location. It’s not worth it!
