Normally I love picking up here, but today I walked in and my 2:15 pick up had not even been started (this was at 2:50). I talked with the girl behind the counter. She was the only one here today and doing her best. This place has been short staffed for almost a year now. I really hope she gets credit for doing such a great job with customer service in such a hard situation. I would hope the manger would be upping her pay to cover all the jobs she is having to do right now.

This was our one last chance for this location. We’ve had some bad experiences before. And I’m so happy to say that last night the order was amazing, the pizza was so good. The salad phenomenal, and the breadsticks were perfect. The new owner is doing an amazing job, and I totally recommend this location to anyone especially if you’ve had doubts about Papa Murphy’s before. Definitely five star experience.
