First of all, your service providers have lost I’m sure a great deal of customers due to their attitudes. That being said, I think management needs to be more hands on with them.
My son’s birthday was yesterday and we took him to Jimmy John’s because he wanted a sub, and so…. Naturally we took him to the first place we could find and there was Jimmy John’s.
And I’m kind of glad we did, because if we hadn’t experienced the negative customer service and the constant rejection of a sandwich being made and sold, I wouldn’t have found my new “FAVORITE” sub shop!
Which is right Beside of this place. I think Boone is sleeping on Penn station . It’s amazing. I paid twice as much and I would do it again too !
I will “NEVER EVER NOR MY FAMILY HO TO JIMMY JOHNS” not even if I had a full family offering of free subs to regain my thoughts about how I was treated compared to the person in front of me, I didn’t ask much but a sub be toasted and to take the mayo off of. I asked about the two meats they had since they didn’t have pepperoni and the guy taking my order had the WORST attitude, if he didn’t want to be helpful, then why is he working there ?
Either way. His lack of knowledge or want to do anything which is a part of his job…. Had me thinking he may have been just trying to get out of doing anything for anyone.
The experience left me wondering how they’re staying in business and those thoughts didn’t leave shortly after I left either.
All in all, I’ll never go back there and I will let people know about the atmosphere as well…..

Very confusing menu. The service was good. The food was mediocre at best but it’s the price for what you get is the issue. My sandwich was so overpriced. I can make a week’s worth of lunches for the same price that I paid for a small sandwich.

I haven’t eaten Jimmy John’s in years due to a poor experience I had about 5 years back at a different location.
However, I wanted a sub delivered to my workplace and Jimmy John’s was across the street from me so I decided to give them another shot.
I ordered delivery and my food arrived a bit ahead of schedule. The delivery driver was precise, kind, and had a positive vibe about him.
My sandwich was absolutely delicious. The bread was fresh, the deli was cold and full of good flavors, and the veggies were fresh, cold, and crunchy. They also honored my request of extra mayo. (You’d be surprised how often this is ignored by lots of sub places when ordering delivery.) The sandwich was ordered with a drink, an absolutely stupendous chocolate chip cookie, and a delicious cold, flavorful, and zesty whole pickle cut into quarters. I was having a tough workday and this completely uplifted my mood by making my lunch beyond pleasant and very very enjoyable. To the employees of this establishment, I give you a very heart-felt thank you for that.
I had a great experience with this Jimmy John’s and will be back very soon to get a free sub I was rewarded in the app. I’m excited!

I visited this location recently, compared to the downtown one it is run poorly and inefficiently. I’ve never had slow service at a Jimmy Johns before, and they ask if you want to tip, which also has never happened at a JJ’s before. It wouldn’t bug me so much but they screwed up my order, wouldn’t recommend this location.

The staff here went above and beyond for us tonight. We love Jimmy John’s and travel to different locations frequently, this store has our exceeded expectations. The staff working tonight (11/16)were exceptional employees and their customer service was top notch, these guys deserve a raise. Out of every Jimmy John’s we have ever visited this is our favorite one. Appreciate you accommodating us being able to get our extra peppers
