The manager, Randi, was extremely rude and disrespectful when she came in to pick up her order at my business near by. There was a mistake made, which I was fully willing to fix and accommodate. However, while I was explaining the situation, she immediately became demanding and spoke in a very harsh tone. I responded firmly because the way she chose to address the situation was unnecessary and unprofessional.
Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect. It would be beneficial for her to remember to treat others the way she would want to be treated.

Ordered a XL pepperoni and they always put the tiny sausage pieces that I don’t order happened 3 times and they forgot the cream cheeses for the cinnamon wheel. When I called and asked to speak to the manager the manager simply said sorry and didn’t any sort of compensation for having to drive back a 2nd time or for messing up a simple order 3 times in a row. I placed in order for a pepperoni pizza only pepperonis, and somehow they messed up and put sausage all over the pizza and also forgot the icing to my cinnawheel. When I called the manager was very unhelpful and didn’t offer anything of any kind. This is the 4th time they’ve done this. I will never eat at this poorly run location ever again.

I used a BOGO free coupon which made my order a great bargain. I used the app to place my order and it ready on time, made exactly how I asked it to be. I am partially disabled and walk with a cane, a very nice employee carried them to my car and made sure they were placed properly setting flat…all with a pleasant smile and attitude…great service and product all in one place!
