I’ve dealt with disrespectful teenagers who can’t do simple math or navigate the social etiquette associated with customer service. I keep coming back about every six months because it is close to home and will hopefully have better employees. Today, I tried again… placed my order… kept it simple to avoid unnecessary confrontation… they told me 30 minutes… I show up 30 minutes later for the teen to happily take my money, which I included a tip on, assuming I would get my pizzas, and then I watch them make both of my pizzas right in front of me in 5 minutes!! Why did I wait 30 minutes??? Profoundly unimpressed with their customer service, but am very impressed with their ability to disappoint on a regular basis.

The store failed to give my husband our full order, which he didn’t discover until he got home. The store owner didn’t want to refund us for the missing items and was insistent my husband drive back. After pushing back a little, he said he could refund it, but he couldn’t do it for several days. He offered no guarantee that we would actually get the refund. An employee said he was “leave a note on his desk to remind him”. Really awful customer service. We will be filing with the BBB to make sure we get our refund.

Website says this Star location is open until 9pm on Friday. We drove from Middleton knowing this and arrived at 8:42pm. Doors locked and employees that were cleaning laughed when they saw us trying to get on. On the door, it also gives the hours and says open until 9pm. I called the store to find out why the door was locked. He said, well we actually close up 15 min before 9pm. I told them they should update their hours then. Totally an inconvenience to post hours if you aren’t going to honor them. So sad that customer service isn’t a priority.

After years of being a customer, I’m done. I dont know if the Star location represents the quality of the company overall, but its product has gone down hill while the prices have gone up. Last purchase, the portions were so small, the cheese and sauce so minimal it resulted in a thin piece of tasteless cardboard. Although its been my go to pizza place, no more – I won’t buy Papa Murphys again.

Only leaving a review in hopes that SOMEONE will get back to me about e-gift cards. They don’t honor e-gift cards at this location even though they offer them via their website. I’ve called the store, I’ve gone in to speak to someone in person, I’ve sent requests through their headquarters website and zero response. Called on the phone and spoke to someone who said they can take them, drove in to get a pizza and nope they can’t take them.

It’s really convenient when you can order your pizza online and then by the time you get there it’s already ready. You just go through the drive-through pick it up and you’re heading home. Pizzas were great. I’d love getting their pizzas cause you can do what you want with them at home And add to it if you want and the thin crust is the best.

The online ordering system does not offer jalapenos however the store does offer them. I went through the drive through and asked them to add the jalapenos and she was happy to oblige. She wasn’t aware that the online ordering didn’t offer that.
