I don’t think I can think of a better take and bake pizza! And on top of that I don’t believe I have ever had a bad experience with them! And I have been eating Papa Murphy’s for at least 20± years!

We won’t be back. Went there almost at hour before they were supposed to close and they turned off the lights as we walked up to the front door. You can’t get any worse service when you’re coming to buy some pizza and they lock the doors and turn off the lights when they see you.

Went in there 6:45 on a Friday evening. It was literally Teens Gone Wild. There were about 5-6 customers waiting.,There were about 7 employees, and 2 were actually kind of working. Two of their friends who were not working came behind the counter and they were all laughing, looking at each other’s shoes and hair. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my online order and not one of them looked at me or asked if I could be helped. Tried several times to get their attention. Finally when I interrupted them I found out my pizza had been sitting there the whole time!! I asked one of the girls if I could have the managers name and she said he just left. Told me the name Andrew but would not give last name. This is my main pizza place and I’m so disappointed in these young people when so many places are in such a shortage right now. I would really like to communicate with owner.

Would not take my $100 bill. Simple answer… get a counterfeit pen! Do all that you can do to not say “no” to customers. Especially when a customer buys $50 worth of pizza and uses no coupons in a highly discount driven industry. Your excuse for not taking my $100 bill not valid enough. Pizza was good, a little center loaded. The kids were working hard, probably should of had one more scheduled

Very grateful for the manager at this Papa Murphys’s. I’d ordered a pizza, got it home, baked it, ate a piece and realized artichokes missing. I have an eating problem for life now, caused by a surgery; the artichokes somehow were edible and made the difference on the pizza. Manager said to return it; he replaced it and even replaced bacon with more cheese, as I discovered the bacon bits I cannot eat, either. How kind and understanding–and what a treat for me to find a type of pizza I can eat since I can eat very few foods now. Thank you! Low income, also, from career gone years ago due to a drunk teen driver who altered my life. Pizza is a big treat for me.

Revised – called in to discuss our disappointment in last night’s order and the manager, Jack, gave us a credit. Will definitely be back with that kind of leadership!

I ordered online asked my wife to pick up the food. I ordered a pizza and several side items. They had the pizza with her name it. She picked up the pizza and left completely unaware of the side items I ordered and no employees checked to make sure all paid for items were received. If you’re going to place orders with a name on it to just be picked up without employee interaction at least have everything together. We live 32 minutes from this store but use it for pick up when leaving work. Now it’s an hour round trip just for the side items.

3rd time the employees have been rude to me. Ordered a pizza online, they made the wrong pizza and I let them know and they basically blamed me even though my receipt showed the correct order, blame the customer?! They NEVER apologized to me for making the wrong pizza and the new pizza was awful, not at all what it was supposed to be. Three strikes your out. I am done going to this Papa Murphy’s. Run by young adults that don’t care if you come to their business or return again.

This place is our go-to spot for Friday Pizza and a Movie Nite. We appreciate the fresh quality…. the pizza never tastes greasy like some of the take-out chains. The staff is young but are eager to please and are always hustling. Maddie took our phone order and she was great about getting our Choose-Your-Own pizza just the way we wanted it. Love their coupons and specials 🙂

I’m not sure what’s going on there. I usually really like this restaurant but I ordered and paid for 2 XL Pepperoni and Sausage Pizzas and 1 Rustic Veggie Pizza and had my daughters pick them up. They came home with a XL Pepperoni and Sausage and a XL Pepperoni. When I called, the guy said they thought they forgot to give them another one. No apologies or concern about the fact that I had to drive back. There was no point in trying to all then to make me the pizzas I paid for. They said no managers were there but I could call tomorrow.
