I have ordered pizzas in person with great satisfaction until recently, I used the web site to order one. The website does not tell you that one of the two optional ingredients that come with a pizza is cheese. I assumed that a pizza always comes with a sauce and cheese, then the optional two items are selected to round out the pizza order. So my two item pizza came with no cheese which I later realized when I was preparing it for baking. This is an example of how web based ordering falls short.

I’ve been ordering from this location, since moving here 3 years ago & it’s recently changed drastically for the worst. The new owner & staff appear to be clueless on how to run a business & customer service doesn’t deserve the 1 star given. They’ve messed up my orders 3 separate times, in the past 2 weeks, the Greek salad had an expired date that had been clearly written over changing it!

What happened to this franchise? We used to go there and there was a line at the door. The last two times the order was wrong. Half of our pizza was a giant bubble and no sauce. Repeated the order twice and she got in wrong. This is not the end of the world. The new franchisee simply needs to listen to customers and improve thier product and service.

Ordered online for the BOGO and ordered stuffed crust cause I love it and I was sooo excited for it, it looked like they stuffed it and everything but no, I was so excited, still delicious just was looking forward to stuffed crust. We went in and ordered 3 pizzas and a cup of marinara. We got overcharged and the people in the store could hardly speak English. When something was mentioned it was like a deer in headlights. I know I was stupid to think I can go in and order food for my kids with EBT but price gouging is not cool either. These pictures are of my actual receipt and a picture of the promotion running at this store. And because this a franchise the normal channels don’t work. And I have asked for the manager and their information and nothing. So maybe this will get some attention. And I wouldn’t recommend going back here. I know I won’t. And I want my money back because I ordered pizzas that fit that promotion of $8.99 but got charged $12 more for 2 large thin crust pepperoni pizzas and $4 more for a large thin crust pizza of just cheese. I guess this is how they make their ” extra” money by doing this and then acting like they don’t know what you’re talking about in store.

Tried to use my rewards points of 50, to get a free chessy bread, they said I lost them, since they dont have any record of it being placed. Not saying it is there fault, but it shows what this company vlues most. I wont do business again with this company.
