I have come to this store for many years and always been satisfied. However my most recent experience will be my last with them. The bacon chicken artichoke pizza seemed way heavier than normal, but I didn’t think much of it at the time and they were going to be closing in 5 minutes. I backed the pizza as usually do, and when I started cutting it it was kind of soupy and even those i backed the crust off the tray the last 5 minutes the crust hadn’t gotten really crispy like it usually does. I cut a couple of slices and we sat down at the table. First bite, what the heck! my sister and I looked at each other and spit it out. Something was grossly wrong. Wrapped up what hadn’t been cut to bring it back. I called the store manager Jordan today, to let them know I would be coming for a replacement, and was told that they can’t do anything about it. I said we didn’t eat it and I have the rest of the pizza minus the two slices and I would be bringing that back with me. He asked me what the problem was and I told him that it didn’t taste like it should and we spit it our. He asked if it was made correctly. I said I assumed not since I order this pizza all the time and this wasn’t edible. He told me that they are all made the same and there is nothing he could do, and then proceeded to argue with me about it. I don’t know what was different, but it certainly wasn’t what I ordered. Apparently, customer satisfaction isn’t a high priority with this store. It’s totally turned me off on Papa Murphy’s which has been my go to pizzeria for years. Not anymore!!!!!!!

I received one of the worst pizza’s I have ever seen! I ordered the Herb chicken Mediterranean and 1/4 cheese on original crust .They forgot the sauce under the 1/4 cheese. The toppings were severely lacking and not evenly spread throughout the pizza. They put barely any Feta on the pizza. They didn’t braid the crust, and on top of that they made it on thin crust instead of original!

Normally I’m a big fan of Papa Murphy’s, but two challenging experiences here have left me less than impressed. I always order my pizzas online, and then head to the store to pick them up. The first issue, I had my partner pick them up instead, and she was only given one of the pizzas we ordered. I called, and was told they couldn’t refund it, but I could pick up a “free pizza any time I wanted.” The next time, I ordered similarly, and my partner again got only one of the pizzas. I called again, of course, and this asked for a refund, which apparently required a detailed note to the store manager to process. Fast forward a few days and I received only a partial refund for the one pizza. Now, granted, that could have been fine if I’d just received a different pizza than the one I wanted, but I received no pizza at all. So, be careful that you check what you order, and if you get a refund, check that they actually provide you the correct amount.
Still three star because let’s be honest, the pizza is great.

I love the staff and the pizza is good but for some reason our last time the instructions resulted in burned and dry pizza. May have been user error but I’ve done this several dozen times a year and not had it do this before… if something changed in the instructions or the dough please tell us so we don’t waste our money. 🙁
Also, they really should pay at least minimum wage instead of expecting customers to tip. I like leaving tips but what extra service are we topping for? Making a pizza? That’s what we’re paying the store for. Delivery or serving hot food I understand but having a sign that promises more than minimum wage only to then say it is ‘with tips’ is a bait-and-switch.
