As usual, the customer service at this establishment is top-notch. The young lady behind the counter greeted me right away with a warm welcome, and the young man at checkout double-checked everything and even reminded me about my rewards points—much appreciated. I went to Papa Murphy’s yesterday to buy a $10 pizza. I had been trying to download their app so many times and was not able to do it at home. So when I went there for $10 Tuesday the store was hopping and really busy. Leo took the time to walk me through on how to download the app. I also discovered that the little sign up thing at the bottom of the receipt was inaccurate and that is why I was not able to download it myself. I always come to this Papa Murphy’s. Both of the guys were really nice. One of the guys acted as if he could care less and refuse to help me with downloading the app so this is why I’m reaching out and saying thank you to Leo for taking the time out of your very busy night to help me. The female manager is always so incredibly nice and helpful I apologize I cannot remember her name. Lynn

In town visiting and the set up for this place felt chaos on a Saturday. First they didn’t mention which location I was calling to, thinking I was calling the other Smokey Hill location. Only to find out it was closed and had to drive the extra 12 mins to get here. Wasn’t greeted by any of the 3 employees with their heads down making pizzas. Was only one other customer and she was waiting in the corner. They finally got another employee from the back to work the register only for her to ask the other employee how to use it at each part. The pizza was not far off from tasting from a frozen pizza. I’ve had better at other locations.
