Ordered for delivery. First time customer. They hired door dash driver to deliver and didn’t give him complete order. I called and the pizza place was helpless and said to drive there to pick up the rest! Seriously?!? WHAT is the point of delivery and paying a driver when they can’t even give the complete order! They forgot my salad, cookie dough, dressing and dipping sauces! The driver was absolutely polite and friendly and the pizza place blamed the driver and said we can’t help you! The driver said he questioned if the whole order was there for pickup bc he saw 5 items on receipt but only got 2 pizzas and the pizza guy said yes it’s all there. It was his “first day” he said.
When I drove all the way over there, 3 people working behind counter and they all looked guilty and just put it on the unknown door dash driver No offer for refund or extra items or anything!
WORST customer service EVER and will NOT order from this place again!
I don’t care if it was his first day or not… there were 2 other people in there with him and they just claimed we make the pizzas and put them on that counter for the driver to pick up Well…. MAYBE when the driver comes in for order… go grab the refridgerated items and rest of order BEFORE stupidly telling the driver.. yeah that’s all

We had on unusual experience in that my dog got sick, diarrhea, and happened immediately when I was ordering. He had just been professionally groomed and was looking great! It was a huge mess and my wife called from the car.
Nick, who couldn’t have been over 20 years old, was really professional and helpful at the front and let me borrow some paper towels, and was concerned and considerate. When I had to cancel the order on short order he was willing to do that, but the cleanup turned up to be not too bad (for a 130 lb Pyrenees) and we went ahead and got the pizzas anyway. The bad thing about the store is for some reason they don’t think it’s important to get the front door fixed and so for three months or so they’ve been dealing with this door. The location is great but the little mini strip mall is a little tight. I’m sure someone came into excited for their pizza which from the reviews seem to be well received. GET THE DOOR/WINDOW FIXED!! The previous location was more ideal and it’s a trip to get across town to where this one is but it is well worth it!!

First time we’ve gone there and gotten a FAMILY size that ended up being like a medium sized mountain of DOUGH!!! Double stuffed with more dough!!! My hubby is too nice to pick up pizzas. I would not have accepted it or paid for it!!! That was a very expensive hunk of bread!!

UPDATE 12/2024: I can no longer recommend this Papa Murphy’s. I broke my tooth on, what may be, an olive pit that was on my pizza. When I called, I was hoping for some accountability and a sincere apology. Possibly, some reassurance it wasn’t a cooked bug or something awful, but a mistake with a food item.
Instead, I was dismissed and treated like a nuisance.
I went here weekly and loved the pizza, but when a business makes a mistake and refuses to apologize, I take issue with that.

Fresh, great tasting pizza! One of the most affordable around. Check out their Specials! We absolutely adore the Jack O Lantern Pizza that comes out in October. The pizza is huge and $10?!
Plus, the employees are always so friendly and kind! Highly recommend Papa Murphy’s!

Arrived at approx 3:30pm on June 1st and there was only one young man working. He apologized for being behind and was very kind. He stated he was the only one working this afternoon and would get my order as quick as possible. We left and returned about 4pm. He was still very kind and working very hard. He still managed to get our pizzas ready within the timeframe the APP provided! This young man needs a raise, recognition and some help! He was super busy and still respectful and kind!
