It was not busy, the staff member was knowledgeable on the daily specials and helped me get a good value and signed me up for their rewards program. Loved the new York cowboy pizza!

Have been a customer since this location opened. Also member of loyalty program. Had always loved their pizzas, always suggested them for family gatherings! BUT my recent visit was such a horrible experience, I will never purchase another Papa Murphy’s pizza!!!
The trouble started with ordering, the app was not working – opened website & attempted to login to MySlice, would not allow that either. Went ahead & ordered as guest – once at store I asked them to get the order added to my account so I got my earned points. They had done that a couple years ago when the same issue had occurred (and they had been so friendly, even smiled back then). I was completing brushed off / spoken to as if I was an idiot for asking – told they couldn’t help me. RUDE!
No wonder the store looked like a ghost town, I hadn’t been sure it was even open as there weren’t even any employees to be seen until I opened the door & came from the back. This place used to be so busy – someone assembling pizzas, several in the racks waiting to be picked up, other customers in line. Mine was the only 2 pizzas in the rack, none were being assembled, not another customer before/during/after my interaction.
The horrible experience continued once unwrapped to place in oven to bake. There was nearly NO CHEESE! Part of why I had always loved this pizza was the complete toppings that covered the entire pizza. NOT TRUE NOW!
The final horror was that it tasted so bad it actually made me feel sick to my stomach after eating 2 slices, couldn’t even finish.
So very sad a great place went so bad.

Called in an order at 3:00 pm. Paid on the phone. Pick up time 5:00 pm. We arrive at 5:04. 20 people waiting in various stages of ‘unserved’ . 7 people behind the counter. Chaos! No record of our pizza being order much less a record of money paid. Went to cash register, ordered and paid once more. 5:30 and nothing yet. Horrible experience at this Papa Murphys on Langsford rd. in lees summit mo.

I came in to pick up an order for my family, and they were fully ready for me when I arrived, the staff was efficient and pleasant. Store was sufficiently well-kept/clean. I wasn’t there for long, meaning they did their job well. Pizzas turned out great, even with reheating leftovers on other days.
