I have been a long time customer and now a disappointed customer. I had a salad delivered that had very little toppings with a heap of lettuce. The Captains salad. I called to express my concern that the salad was cheaply done. Surprisingly, the woman was rude and debated with me about the salad rather than simply apologize and offer a refund or a new one. She had me send a picture of the salad. I called back, she still debated about it. Like I said, I’ve been a long time customer and this is my first disappointment, and it was handled poorly. No resolve. No refund and not a new salad. They just lost a customer

Fairfield county. Stopped at this location last night and was not let down. The food was great.
their Greek Gyros are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to a lot Greek festivals and diners
and none compare nice long thick shards of lamb pita very packed and filling . The steak fries were right
on the money .Restaurant has great atmosphere as well would suggest anyone looking for Greek food when in
the area to stop here. Their pizza is really good too

Terrible experience for the last time ! When ever I have delivered we over tip by far… Charged extra for feta that did not arrive with our order. Shrimp piccata tasted like olive oil and shrimp. When I called i was told that they made a mistake on the feta and the Piccatta with zero compensation

Ordered pasta and some other items from this place over $80 I never had an issue with my food from here before and up until today when I went to eat my pasta it tasted like chemicals I even had other people taste the pasta and they even said it doesn’t taste right one of them started throwing up a few minutes after tasting it ,when I called they said I would have to bring in the food other wise they couldn’t re make it or give me a refund even though I ordered delivery because I couldn’t come there at the time to order it. I wouldn’t eat or order from here ever again worse restaurant experience I have had in the food industry.Manager on duty was no help and had a condescending attitude.

Sadly was disappointed. Girl answered the phone with hello instead of politly saying Captains Pizza. Last week pizza was burnt with a green pepper on it, my husband was told that’s how they can tell the pizza apart. Watch out people with a pepper allergy. This week the calamari was burnt. Husband called asked to speak to the owner or a manager again the same unprofessional girl said who is this. I want to support local businesses, but hire professional people to work and cook for you.
