If I could give this location a zero I would. I stopped in to get a few items as I have many times over the years at this location with no issue. the female manager Haley was taking orders and immediately had an attitude about having to work that day, complaining about the hours she had to work and about how she wouldn’t be able to see the game. When literally no one externally forced her to apply, interview, maintain a job or come into work if she really didn’t want to work in a pizza shop that day or any of the days she’s treated customers terribly(I’m not the only one). When asked if I could have someone else take my order she started being rude to the other employees behind the counter trying who wanted to resolve the issue stating they won’t do anything bc she’s manager and she doesn’t want them to. Like are you a dictator over the pizza shop? she started to get hostile and refused to give a managers number so I called to another papa Murphy on speaker and they gave me her managers number and only after that did she step to the back to allow someone else who actually wanted to work that day to assist me.

Order and stated to prepare the order. Towards the end of my visit she came back out staring at me and ofc she got the same energy back and started arguing saying she felt “threatened by me staring” bc I mirrored exactly what she was doing to me, back to her. Also saying she’d have me banned and that was called the cops. Then telling me to leave although I hadn’t gotten the items I had already paid for. No one required her help finishing making a pizza literally a 2 year old could’ve put the toppings on. Papa Murphy chooses to keep this manager on payroll despite many of the one star reviews on this location specifically about her erratic and unprofessional behavior in this location. They say they will make it right but they don’t if they allow her to continue to treat their patrons and staff any kind of way. She’s a liability but she can keep her job that no one else cares to do esp herself as it’s her MO to have unprofessional behavior that Papa Murphy excuses.

Every employee was great, all of the young men and the young lady were great!!! The young man that took my order was very professional and so nice. The young lady has an infectious smile! I watched them all for a few minutes and they all worked as a GREAT TEAM! They all either asked me how my day was or told me to have a great evening! If I still had my company, I would hire everyone there!! Manager is doing a great job! Unfortunately I burned my pizza will definitely go back soon!

Big RAVE for an employee named, Chase, at Papa Murphy’s Pizza! We loved their pizza, but haven’t had it in a few years, so wanted to get one of our past favs tonight. I ordered the Cowboy Pizza. Chase made it exactly how I specified and it was absolutely the very BEST pizza we’ve had anywhere local in quite awhile. Thank you for your attentiveness, we will definitely be back again!
