We had a wonderful experience with Papa Murphy’s! The staff was so kind and quick! The location was clean and busy! The quality of ingredients is superb for a take home pizza! Even though the store was busy with lots of orders, the two younger employees were working diligently to get everything done. They were friendly, funny, and made the experience enjoyable. I normally love Papa Murphy’s, have been eating their pizzas for over 10 years. This location however does not live up to the Papa Murphy’s reputation. I ordered online when I got to the store I was told that the online orders were on the cart by the door and I could grab it. This cart is the large multi tiered one that is usually behind the counter. When I went over to get my order 2 pizzas and a garlic bread, I had to mover other peoples orders and not all of mine was together on the same shelf. Once home I went to bake the XLNY 3 cheese special, and saw that it had very little cheese, was missing the herb blend and was very sloppily made. The Garlic Chicken had the expected toppings, but was also very sloppy, the Garlic bread was great! Called to speak to someone about the food, and they were not very helpful. They said I could bring it back, but it was already cooking after I added my own cheese, which I had told them. Manager said they would refund. Overall with the poor quality of the food and they “self serve” I will not be back to this location.

Like baking at home, no comparison to frozen pizza, and fresh is best. Store’s team is very nice. Tried a calzone and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. No comparison to Sauce on the Side…much much better!

I didn’t really know about Papa Murphy’s until I came to Missouri and I absolutely love it. The pricing is amazing and I feel like most people don’t like to get it because you have to bake it but it literally only takes 12 minutes. So much more cost-efficient and the taste is so much better than other pizza places that make you feel, very gross after eating it and I have not had that experience with Papa Murphy’s. The pizzas are ready in about 30 minutes and then you just take it home to bake it for 12 minutes versus waiting an hour and a half to get delivered. I choose Papa Murphy’s all the way! In this location on Big Bend thank you Zack for creating a heart shaped pizza for me.
