Ordered and paid online. Came in to pickup order on my way home from work which was most convenient since I live out of town. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Noticed customers ordering in-store and getting pizzas as I sat there patiently waiting. I was handed my pizzas and drove home, which is out of town. The pizza on top was the correct pizza so I didn’t think to check the bottom one until I got home with oven preheated. I had ordered a family thin crust chicken spinach artichoke pizza. I received traditional crust pizza with a bunch of random toppings. I called and let the assistant manager know the mix up. I let him know I was out of town already and my family was starving. He said I could come and get the pizza I ordered the next day. I called the next day to get it and was told I was given the wrong information yesterday and the only way I can get the pizza I ordered was to pay for it at a discount. I was told they can’t give me a free pizza. Due to a training miscommunication with a new manager I the customer got cheated out of my time and money and pizza. Totally disappointed they refused to make it right and acted like I was in the wrong.

Ordered an online order of a calzone and a cowboy pizza 2 hours in advance of pickup. On pickup, order was never started and had to wait. Calzone came with the same instructions for monkey bread resulting in the calzone burning and not cooking properly. Overall, feels like this experience was far from satisfactory. This particular franchise has declined in quality over time.
