Ordered a family size Chicken garlic pizza that is clearly up on the menu board. When my son returned with the pizza there was barely any chicken and absolutely no green onion or garlic Flavor in the pizza. This is my go to pizza that I’ve been getting for years and I’ve never had it like this.

My crustless pizzas were VERY disappointing. Hardly any sauce, the MASSIVE chunks of artichoke, and the fact it was barely filled. I’m not sure what the difference is between Hibbing and Virginia, but I know I’ll make the drive to Virginia next time.

We eat here pretty often because it is affordable and we have been going to different papa Murphys for years. I’ve only ever had bad experiences with this store, missing toppings that were paid for, once a small piece of wire from a wire brush was lodged into my gums from their 5-cheese bread, and two times recently – horribly garlicky pizza.
The workers here must hate their jobs (or the customers) because 2 times now, we have had a XLNY pepperoni pizza that has been absolutely COVERED in minced garlic, hidden under the cheese. It smells of pure garlic while it is cooking, and if you peel back the cheese & pepperoni, there is literal clumps of minced garlic throughout the entire pizza. It happens sort of rarely, but the fact that it happens at all is ridiculous. It makes the pizza inedible, and frankly disgusting. Nowhere in the ingredients list does it say that there is a 2 inch thick layer of garlic under the toppings. We scrape off all of the toppings and sauce and eat a sad piece of crust when this happens.
Just spend a little extra money to support local small businesses like Sunrise or Sammy’s.
