Awesome Gelato and Outstanding Service every time! I had the Affogato paired with the Hazelnut Gelato, and it was absolutely amazing. The Sorbetto Was Delicious!! The Cookies are also Good and make a great treat on the side. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Perfect little ice cream spot if you’re walking through Montclair or on your way back from having dinner. Gelato is made on site which is kind of relaxing to watch if you have the time. Scoop sizes are not overwhelming at all which was nice since it’s a soft ice cream to begin with. You don’t feel forced to have to start eating it as soon as you get it in fear of it melting. Staff is super friendly too.

This place is a 10 and the gelato/ice cream is a solid 10. The flavors are really specialty. The coffee with biscotti was heavenly.. the ice creams are soft and fresh.. I loved that it’s v v clean and charming. They have lots of Italian cookies and if you are a amaretti cookies fan like you can get some here. Also serving size is very diet friendly..I recommend Nutella, mascarpone.. will be a regular here

Absolutely best ice cream I’ve had in the USA. Rich, creamy and simply just delicious. I’ve got the medium cup with one scoop of chocolate sorbet and a scoop of the hazelnut gelato. The combination is just divine tasting like nutella. My boyfriend got the espresso stracciatella which was also very good. We will absolutely come again and I believe you can buy a pint of it also, might do that and have a treat at home

Benvenuti has grest Gelato and the most reasonably priced warm cookies on Church Street ! Cozy tables in a intimate atmosphere to enjoy your sugar fix after dinner. I endulged in the stores cookie and it’s quite the late night bargain in Montclair. The chocolate chip cookie gives the smores cookie a run for the money!!! And who doesn’t love Gelato??? Highly recommend Benvenuti Montclair !!!

Nice gem in Montclair. I stopped in for pistachio flavored gelato after dinner at a restaurant nearby. The flavor was amazing and there were other options to choose from in addition to coffee. There are tables inside and outside to sit at. I look forward to coming back to try other flavors and treats on the menu.

gelato: the flavors were amazing. it tasted pretty dang good. but it felt more like soft serve so i was kind of confused with the texture. but flavor is nice nonetheless. the gelatos are made fresh there right in front of you. i got the espresso flavor but i tried mango and pistachio as well.
value: its pricey for sure for the portion size. but it is also being made fresh there so it is understandable. i think flavor also justifies the price but i think i was just thrown off a bit by the texture. there was also a discrepancy between how much each of us got even though we all got the same size which was kind of odd (one of us got a huge mountain while one barely got a hill)
service: it was a very in and out type of feeling. didn’t feel very warm and welcoming. kind of just what do you want? okay here. pay. bye.
vibe: seating both inside and outside. it’s a cute spot for sure.
overall i liked the taste but not the biggest fan of the soft serve texture. i was expecting a more silky feeling but maybe it just wasn’t ready at that moment. i would recommend bc i would return to try the other flavors but not frequently bc it is expensive.

WOW! I stopped by after creating candles next door at Alchemy and enjoyed the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had! I ordered a small which was more than enough to cure my sweet tooth.
Whenever I need my gelato fix, I’ll definitely be back for the pistachio flavor!

I really love this place.the coffee is Lavazza ( what is not to like?)and the gelato is constantly churn,and it works!! The texture is velvety, fresh and delicious. I try the affogato ( is my guilty pleasure) but this time, instead of vanilla gelato, I try with a different gelato flavor(espresso stracciatella) and was delicious! If you are around Montclair, this place is a must! Also they sale gelato pints to take home.

We were strolling in downtown Montclair and needed a place to have a seat in a warm beverage. We ended up getting a decaf cappuccino and this bag of Italian cookies, were amazing. We also had a scoop of the gelato. Which was very delicious, smooth and creamy. The staff were really friendly, at some point a group of about 10 teenagers came in and it was a bit crowded but other than that it was a pretty quiet and relaxed environment with only about three tables. Maybe they have outside tables when it’s warmer but we were there in January.
