It’s becoming very evident the workers simply do not care about the pizzas they are making. The last two times I’ve visited I’ve had to essentially remake my pizza by adding either cheese/moving pepperonis around. This was the Valentine’s Day “heart shaped” pizza

We’ve utilized a convenient dinner option from PM a number of times, they’re always wonderful. There was a glitch when ordering during a promotion and I was contacted by the appropriate people and they followed through. Our store manager was great.
And Halloween is always SO BUSY. These people work SO HARD to serve 100’s and make sure they’re happy. They deserve nothing but kudos and compliments and hope they weren’t forced to deal with too many grumps.

Generally, I have enjoyed the pizza sold at this establishment . I’ve had a couple bad experiences. My advice to anyone thinking about order the stuffed crust pizza– DON’T. It was truly terrible. The crust was so thin and flavorless, it was like cardboard. The cheese used to stuff the crust was like eating a piece of string cheese. It just wasn’t the right consistency. Because the crust was stuffed, the area in the middle of the pizza was greatly reduced and it was soaked in sauce. We added three toppings to our pizza. It was a gross soggy mess. No amount of baking it helped. Most of our meal went in the garbage. They need to take this disaster off their menu if they haven’t already.

Papa Murphy’s is a family favorite. We have pretty specific likes and needs when it comes to pizza and Papa Murphy’s doesn’t disappoint. With someone in our family that has celiac’s, it is so nice to be able to cater to that with the gluten free crust that Papa Murphy’s carries. It continues to be our go to pizza place for convenience, taste and affordability.

I placed an order on line for store pickup. When I got to the store 45 min (est 30 min time), there was no pizza and no record of my order. Swell! No really a huge deal, I reordered my pizza in the store. When I went to process my card, I’m told that they don’t accept American Express and that’s maybe why my online order didn’t go through. It sure would have been nice to know that when I placed my order instead of wasting my time. The young lady working there made up my pizza right away, but in this day and age, you’d think they could get the online order process figured out!

Bought two family-sized pizzas today. One was a Papa’s Favorite and the other was an All-Meat. First of all, there was no sausage on the All-Meat, and very little pepperoni and ground beef. They were very selfish with their toppings on both pizzas. We’ve been buying Papa Murphy’s pizza for 15 years, and this was the first time I’ve ever really felt ripped off. I’ll never go to this site again. I ordered through the app and wish now that I hadn’t tipped. That’s the problem with tipping before any service is received.

Second time in weeks I had order issues with this store. Both times ordered online and arrive 30 minutes later with no order made and ready.
The first time one of two pizzas was made and the girl argued with me about the second being on my order until I pulled out my phone to show her the receipt.
The second time I ordered a family size and questioned the employee that it looked smaller than 16 inches. His response was, no it’s just curled. Well when I got home and took a pic and sure enough not the size I paid for.
Bunch of young kids who don’t care about their job and it shows.
