Had the taco grande, no flavor, no meat, arguably the worst papa Murphy pizza I ever ate. Used to be the best, always looked forward to may, not again.

I had a really terrible experience here over two weeks ago. I ordered two pizzas online earlier in the day and when I went to pick them up over five hours later, there were about ten other people waiting for their online orders ahead of me. All of us had arrived at our pick up time and were told it would be upwards of 45 minutes to an hour just to have our pizzas made for us that we had ordered well ahead of time. While I was waiting, customers that were walking in to place real time orders were told that due to being short staffed and not having enough crust “it would be impossible” to make their orders. None of the employees making the pizzas we’re communicating wait times for pizzas or when to expect them, but instead told customers that they were to check the racks as pizzas were being made to see if theirs were ready or not yet. Random customers were take it upon themselves to walk up and take pizzas off the rack. Who knows if they were actually taking what was theirs because no employee was checking. I tried to wait it out but after 40 minutes I had to ask to cancel my order due to my babysitter waiting at home for me. When I asked to cancel my order and obtain a refund, I was refused my refund as well as a copy of my receipt and told to contact the manager. I was told I could only take a picture of my receipt, not sure why I couldn’t be given a copy. I have been in touch with Papa Murphy’s online guest services for over TWO WEEKS now and still have yet to receive my refund or any contact from this store manager. But they gave me a three dollar off coupon for my next purchase and then 50% off another purchase? They still have my money!!! I used to love Papa Murphy’s but the fact that I have yet to receive my money back has left such a bitter taste in my mouth that I feel like I can’t order from there again.

I got two pizzas and told them I was there. They said it would be a few minutes and I expected them to tell me when they were done. That didn’t happen. They’re kept pretty busy there. How about a board that tells whose orders are waiting and whose are done? That way we won’t be kept fiddling on our phones when the pizzas we ordered are sitting on the rack. Or if we are, it’s because we aren’t checking the progress of our name on the list. That would be one less thing for those busy young pizza makers to keep track of… The manager was helpful, too. Nice place, good food.

Well tonight there was two young ladies taking advantage of one of the other workers with a mental disability. Door was locked, open sign on, google said it was open til 730. No signage sayung other wise. He let me after i called, and said the cashier ran to the store. Two girls came back wearing street clothes. Another customer who was knocking was turned away as the girls told him to tell them they were closed. I will be following uo with management tomrrow

Went to order and take out my pizza. Store under prep counter was very dirty. A man, maybe supervisor, was speaking loud and critical, which appeared to be an employee in training. Moderately Unprofessional.

They did not put enough cheese on our x-large pizza that my friend paid almost 18.00$ for and she wouldn’t go back in and correct it. If I had paid for it I would have said something. Otherwise the pizza was good!

Their pizza sauce is what separates them from every other pizza place. Stop by on a $10 Tuesday and pick up any large pizza for just 10 bucks, including all their speciality pizzas. It’s a great affordable way to pick up a meal (or 2 if you’re feeding just one or two people). The pizzas store just fine in the fridge uncooked (we’ve had them up to a week later and tasted just fine) or stored uncooked in the freezer (ours only ever made it two weeks or so because… It’s delicious… We wrapped some in extra cling wrap and put others in just wrapped from the store and never noticed a difference but I do suggest letting them thaw a bit before cooking so the middle cooks more evenly).

DO NOT order on Halloween. You will go to store, enter the store and proceed to “Pick up Online orders” and will be yelled at by 5 of West St Paul’s citizens to “Get in line.” You will stand outside for 20 minutes, then move toward the cashier, knowing you have already ordered and paid, but those yellers are watching you. The man at the cashier will tell you that your order will now be started. Never mind you ordered 3 hours ago, they haven’t started your pizza. Then you will wait for 45 minutes. Watching others have their orders filled even though they were in line behind you. If you had not already paid, you would leave. Finally you will step up and ask in a loud voice when are you going to get your pizza?!
