I’m really disappointed just because we love Papa Murphy’s but we’ve had bad luck with this location 2 times now. The 1st time the caesar salad was not brought out at pick up so my boyfriend had to drive back and get it- which wasn’t that big of a deal. But this second time (09/11/25 – 7:36 PM): I ordered online and ordered an original crust pizza and garlic knots. I went to pick it up and brought it back to my car. I was looking at it and thought it looked rather thin to be an original crust pizza, so I brought it back inside and asked the worker if they were sure that it was an original crust and not a thin crust- she said “I think this is an original crust” – didn’t seem sure. I didn’t want to argue or anything so I said okay and went back out to my car. I then watched the two workers close the store as soon as I sat back in my car (25 minutes early mind you). I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought the dough would maybe rise more as it baked but we brought it home and cooked it and unfortunately it was a thin crust pizza. Super disappointing because I’m pretty sure they knew that when I asked but just wanted to close.

Always delicious freshly made take and bake at home pizza. I’m a particular fan of the cinnamon wheel desert. Good food, good friendly and helpful staff and service. I definitely recommend this location if you haven’t already.

Was told my pick up would be ready at 4:45, got a call to come pick it up at 5:45, which got pushed to 6, and am still waiting at 6:30 for a pick up. One person is working the line as 10 people are waiting. Loud woman working is doing absolutely nothing other than complaining and turning away customers.

Abigail works well under pressure at this store on jackson plaza. Papa Murphys. Outstanding customer service and professional and courteous. There were several orders that came in all at once.. I let her know how great of a worker she is.. I have ran restraunts before and truly know customer service skills.

This place never changes. But it’s a good place to get pizza. Basically paying the same price as a restaurant that will cook the pizza and not just give it to you cold. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Nonetheless it’s still go pizza if you manage to not burn it or undercook it and then cut into it, only to take a bite and it still be dough in the middle. Lol.

If I could give a 0, I would. We placed an order online and when we arrived at the time we entered when we ordered, there was a note on the door that said they were closed due to staffing. There was a man we could see in the back making dough but he refused to open the door or answer the phone. My card was charged but I never received what I paid for. There was no call to let us know we wouldn’t get our pizza we paid for. You would think they could shut off online ordering if they were not going to be able to fulfill orders. Would not recommend this location.
