Pizza is good. Service sucks. Nobody acknowledges you when you do a good thing like saying Thank You. Best thing to do is order online and pick up. And, do not make eye contact! The busier they are, the slower they go. Just like the DMV. The manager is worse than the employees. It’s a great job market out there right now. If you do not like the job, leave!

The staff is always friendly. The quality of the pizzas is great! I’ve never been disappointed whenever I’ve stopped in to order or pickup, whether it’s for pizza or a salad. Highly recommend the chicken garlic or the veggie delite if you aren’t a fan of meat. Even their salads are good. And huge! I’ve always been a fan of their cookie dough.

My first really bad experience with this papa murphys so I will give in three for now it hopes it will go back to the good store I loved. I order from here often and placed my online order at 2:45 knowing that on a $10 Tuesday it would be busy. I asked for 4:45 pick up also knowing I wouldn’t get there until 5:30pm to give extra time. I got there and my pizza was not done. About 12 customers were in the store, way above Covid protocol and staff seemed to be filling the orders placed at the counter and were not addressing orders placed online. I asked the person at the counter who was polite and she did find my order in a pile of maybe 30 online orders and expedited it so that my pizza would be made. Seems that a better system especially for dealing with high traffic Tuesdays should be in order.

Customer service was terrible. Took the girl 5 minutes to put in one large pizza order. Seemed like the employees also pushed back my slip. I was the only customer in there and six pizzas were made before mine with nobody coming in to claim them. FIGHT almost broke out between two employees that were cussing at eachother. NEVER coming back to the Glendale location. Pizza almost fell out of wrapping do to poor skills.

They need a better system for preparation in this place. I thought if I was there in person early, there would not be a problem. I was the only customer in the store I placed my order and was told 10 to 15 minutes. I waited while the The man who ordered behind me and 2 others who came in after me were served. When I questioned this, a
woman who works there, told me “he’s working on it. ” When I finally got it, no apologies offered by anyone, just a sheepish look and ” have a good day.” Do better!

Pizza was ready 10 minutes after estimated time. They forgot the cheesy bread and wouldn’t answer their phone to come back for or fix in any way. We love Papa Murphy’s but will never return to this location.

Every time I come here the hours are changing and are unpredictable. The staff is rude. Once I came in I was told they will not take my order. I asked well do I have to order online? (Obviously a immediate tactic to get me to walk out but I stayed and order online.
The point is if your are so mad about this job then why work here. We all have issues with are job but that’s no reason to blame the customers.

Great pizza. Take and bake isn’t a hassle plus I think it taste better than majority if not all fast casual pizza places like Pizza Hut, Dominos or Papa John’s.
Highly recommend the delight crust pizza as it is crackle like crust but still holds up to have a good slice. My only criticism is I wish they would have some gluten free sides as you can order gluten free pizza.

Great place to get a fresh made pizza. Store was clean and I didn’t spend too much time here. The store get 3 stars because there should be coupons within the store for customers to view prior to ordering. And one of my Holstein didn’t like the the basic pepperoni.
