Whoever manages this location should look into why the store had its lights off and the open sign off at 6:11 PM when it closes at 7. I ordered two pizzas and almost turned around once I arrived for pickup. Double checking that I ordered at the right location and that it should still be open, I walked up and was surprised to find the door unlocked. I complained to the dude working the front and he simply a said, “Have a good one.”

This review is for the two girls that were left working by themselves on a Tuesday with a full building of customers. I got there around 3:20 and there was only one girl there and probably 15 people in the lobby plus more online orders I’m sure. But she was smiling and absolutely working As hard as she could, despite I am sure being stressed out. Another worker got there around 3:45 And the first girl told her that she had been by herself the entire day. Keep in mind this was on a discount Tuesday, and I think these girls deserve all of their recognition and respect for being polite and kind despite having every right to be stressed out. And hopefully management can get them more help soon.

Yeah…Great crew you have working there. Had to open the door twice and waited 5 minutes for 1 of the 3 people in back to take my order. Employees in sweat pants and 1 guy wearing headphones. I don’t expect much, but I was floored from the unprofessional atmosphere. Then you want a tip? No, $30 for 2 pizzas..Nope. I’m going to toppers from now on.

I love Papa Murphy’s! We frequently go to this location, because it is run much better than the two that are closer to our home. Whoever is running this particular franchise in Menomonee Falls (County Line Rd), should be commended. Great pizza and service every time.

Came in at 2pm 1/31/26 the the counters and floor was covered in pizza ingredients and nobody was to be found. My son and I waited a few minutes and just walked out.

We were looking for a place with calzones after another local spot closed. I looked online and found one restaurant with exorbitant pricing. Then I found Papa Murphy’s, which we hadn’t ordered from in a number of years. My daughter loved her (very reasonably priced) calzone. I ordered a custom half and half thin pizza and both halves were very tasty. I liked the thin crust and it baked quickly. The employee was very friendly at pickup. We would order again.

Ordered pizza, Club Salad, and Cookie Dough. The pizza was fine as usual, and the cookies were great. Not so much with the salad. The toppings were fine but the lettuce was grabbed from the Browner Selection. We obviously worked through it and if it had not been 15 miles to take it back, I would have. I guess when paying $8 for a salad, I don’t feel it’s unreasonable to expect fresh lettuce.
