I ordered a pizza online to be picked up around 5. The pizza they gave us was poorly made and not what was ordered. When I called to talk to the manager to get the situation fixed – the manager was annoyed and tried to make me feel like I was wasting her time. I had to demand that it be re-made. I usually go to the S 3rd St. location – and they are great – but had to go here in a pinch as it is closer to my house. If you can, go to another location.
Update: 1/24/18 Michelle – the manager – called to talk to me about the experience. She was very nice and offered a free pizza and Cheese bread to make it up to us and get our business back.
Update 12/20/18 – Unfortunately, this location has not gotten any better. I tried it again and was reminded why I gave a poor review to begin with. I ordered online for 5 pm pick up and when I got there at 5:05 they had not started on my pizzas. Of the 5 employees that I saw, only one was making pizzas frantically while everyone else was yelling in the back about why nothing was getting done. I walked out with my pizzas at 5:30. Seriously, just go next door to Kroger and grab a take and bake.

My husband, my son, & I have had Papa Murphy’s before but the 1st time, we brought it for Sunday dinner with the in-laws & the 5 grandkids (my youngest son, 2 stepsons, & 2 stepdaughters) my mother-in-law loved the pizza & she thought the price for the 2 pizzas & the size was absolutely amazing. The service at every Papa Murphy’s has always been wonderful. The employees have been very polite & very friendly & helpful. The fact that you can buy the pizza made your way & take it home to bake yourself with easy to follow instructions is great. And it helps that you can buy the pizza with Snap benefits is absolutely wonderful!!

I placed an order for a large taco pizza. The online ordering and payment was very easy, even though I was ordering as a guest. After completing the payment I was notified that the pizza would be ready to pick up in store in 29 minutes. The store was neat and clean when we walked in to pick up our order. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Most impressive of all was the quality of the pizza. I recommend this restaurant very highly.

I came in tonight, after a long day of paying bills, in my van with no AC. (94° out there….)
Paid my Spectrum bill next door, and thought, “Dinner for the next two days, without much work!”
I’ve had pizza from this company before, but this was my first time ever, purchasing it myself.
I Was the only customer when I walked in. And the girl that rang me in, was very obviously in training. (The Manager hovering was a clue…) And the Manager called the trainee out, for not asking me the size pizza I wanted, after it was already rung in and paid for. I would have wanted a large, because my house I’m remodeling has a tiny, “galley” sized stove/oven, but I’d paid for a Family Size.
The Manager was wonderfully nice; said she could back out the payment and re-ring it, but all I could see, was the face of the trainee. She looked crushed. So I said NO, I’m fine with the order, I can cut it in half, and fresh-bake tonight, and the other half tomorrow night. Let the order go through. And I watched that trainee, as she carefully measured, and placed, all ingredients on my pizza.
And another customer came in; the Manager took the order, and followed the Trainee. And had to pass the Trainee, to finish the new order.
And I give this store FIVE STARS, because of its handling of the situation, with a Trainee. And the gorgeous pizza I took home, that yes, I cut in half, to bake, and it’s AMAZING!!
And this location deserves Kudos, for their handling of the situation. And their amazing pizza, that was my first-ever that I purchased. So much love!

Maybe it’s just me and my family, but sometimes we need a break from the big pizza chains. That’s nothing against them, but being able to take home a fresh unbaked pizza is a good change up. It also helps out the wallet as Papa Murphys prices are less than 50% than the big chains. It’s also nice to be able to throw the pizza in the oven and have a freshly baked pizza WHEN we want it! If you have an oven and 20 minutes of time, save some cash and visit Papa Murphys! You won’t regret it!

Employee had mask hanging under chin. When I told them they should have mask on they said they did. I old them i was disgusted and wanted to speak to a manager and was informed hey were the manager and to have a nice day and stay safe. I informed them I would stay safe by not eating there $30 sale and many more lost!

I like the concept of Papa Murphy’s and go to a number of them frequently this particular location does not seem to grasp the concept that you put less toppings and sauce on a thin crust otherwise it ruins it… I try to explain this every time I’m in there to no avail the last time I was in I just told them to give me my money back I will not go back… management needs to train their people better all the other Papa Murphy’s seem to grasp the concept!
