LOVE IT! This place hit the trifecta of great atmosphere, food and service! The tlacoyes were awesome! Carne asada was super tender and cooked perfectly. My enchiladas was delicious. I really loved the rice and the refried beans. Our server was friendly and helpful. The whole feel inside was warm and friendly. We found out this is their 2nd restaurant which didn’t surprise me since it was so good.

My friend and I checked out Antojitos Como en Casa on a Sunday morning for brunch. The dining room was completely full which is a great sign—very popular among locals. However, the waiters were swamped and took three asks to finally get the menu and water. I highly recommend checking out the Plato Huatesco. The arrachera asada is legit! Very well marinated and tender. The quesadilla is also delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food. I will come back hopefully on a less busy day.

Food was delicious, service was ok. The waiter didn’t want to wait , it was our first time and there were not a lot of people but ask us if we were ready like every minute. She ask not nicely but kind of rude. But when we got our food it was worth it.

Spicy Huevos Rancheros hit the spot. Love the taste, service, and atmosphere. Food presentation was unique… two eggs on top of fried tortilla along with a sides of home fries and beans. Cafe de Hoya was great!

Will come back for more in the near future.

Very clean establishment. Extremely polite staff. Amazing Enchiladas. Almost more than I could eat. They give you chips and sauce to start.

The atmosphere and music are that of old. A nice reminder of Mexican culture from the past with pleasant pictures and decor around.

The plate was completely full. They mounded the rice and it would not fit on the plate if it was not.

Enchiladas were doused in green sauce to the point of me being worried it would not stay on the plate. It was amazing sauce.

Rice and beans were cooked to just the right consistency. Not mushy, not hard.

If you are looking for an authentic Mexican experience, this is the place. I will certainly be dining here again.

Restaurant has tons of potential, food was good when it was hot but because of the ac being super cold and delay in tortillas it was eaten cold. I’m sure the waitress is trying however it looks like she’s doing everything including dishes but cooking. The place has potential but if you expect good food, quality environment and focused service unfortunately this is not the place. I hate leaving reviews like this especially when I see the potential and effort.
