So I ordered a pizza at this place online. I got the email and everything. Through their app. I show up and they tell me I have to pay for a pizza if I want one and that the charge online was only pending and it would come off later. It never went off and basically I ended up paying for two pizzas. I called them and they told me they would refund my money several days ago but I still don’t have a refund. So basically if you order online, expect your pizza not to be ready when you get there. In addition, you also have to pay to get the pizza again

The food is consistent, so it’s in steady rotation at our place as far as dinners goes. The service is patchy, usually when the place is busy and they have several employees helping, it’s all goes swimmingly and the service provided is excellent but when it isn’t, you walk away with thoughts of never getting food from them again. A little advice, stick to the weekend.

This is the second time I’m leaving a review for this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it takes an hour to get one pizza. They ran out of ingredients. They basically told me “it is what it is” but here’s the thing, I’ve been here several times and it’s the same story time after time, and this time they had three people working. I will not order from this location ever again. You should avoid as well.

It used to be so consistent and great..the pizza used to look like it was made by someone who knew what they were doing .. but the people who work there now just ball up all the ingredients in the middle and don’t bother taking the time to roll the dough right…the last few times we bought it from here we had to unroll it ourselves to spread the ingredients correctly, then try to roll it back again, what’s the point of buying it if we’re practically making it ourselves lol…so sad

We ordered our usual Family size Chicago stuffed pizza and they handed us a medium pizza on a large pan. The newer guy working argued the size with me and actually told us to stretch the pizza before baking. He said he could not refund the order and we left the pizza. I was shocked at how he insisted that was a large pizza.

Came in 15 minutes before closing, and they denied my service because they said they don’t take any orders after 15till closing. Which is unfortunate when the lobby sign says open and there is a drive thru.
