Person that looked like he was supposed to be in charge and didn’t have anything under control in the front end was making coffee wrong telling people to bad we don’t print receipts we can only print them once and then that’s it I know personally that that is a lie I work at registers before I know how they operate this is your Walden New York store I would address the situation rather quickly he’s extremely rude there’s people that ordered 20-25 minutes early on the mobile app they don’t have the things ready when they’re coming in and I’m getting her half hour after them and I’m leaving before then that’s not what it’s for thank you for hearing me Jason

I go to this dunkin daily as it’s closest to my home but due to them constantly going thru employees I’ve had numerous orders messed up and when I tell them the next day they offer nothing even though I paid for the wrong item there are a few employees that have been there a bit that are very nice and get my order right but when you pay over $6 a day for a latte and then it’s wrong multiple times it would be nice to be offered a free one due to inconvenience I know there’s a new manager now so hopefully things get better and maybe they will start closing a bit later than 8pm too

The everything bagel is entirely different to the one that is served at other DD, only has sesame, poppy some sort of brown powder. They seem to be using butter mixed with shortening. Notice it doesn’t melt even after it is toasted. Friendly staff and clean. I have pictures of the above two items which I mentioned about.

Had their new Tomato/Pesto and Cheese sandwich. Very large and a great value. My girlfriend had their iced tea (so did I) and we both loved it. My other girlfriend was as impressed as we were how clean the restaurant was. We definitely will return!
