Pizza was great. Ordering was easy. Disappointed to learn that you have to sign into the app and once there you must sign separately to the rewards page. So since I have only been signed into the app (although I am a rewards member already), I have not earned any reward points with my frequent pizza order. Seems like they must do this on purpose to limit rewards earned.

Ordered a thin crust and got a soft tortilla as a crust. Also did not know i would have to bake this myself for the price they are charging any other pizza place would give you a regular pizza ready to eat. Not this. Called and asked for a refund and was told I knew what I was getting since I was the one that picked it up, I was told the only way I would get a refund was to bring it back. First time and last time. Staff was friendly until I called back asking for a refund. Then I was told to go pound sand.

Takes 30 mins for the RAW pizza to be ready. Popped it in the oven according to instructions and it’s completely burn. Inedible waste of money and time.

Tried 3 of their pizzas so far and enjoyed all 3! Instructions come with each pizza on how to cook. Followed directions and all 3 pizzas came out just right! Very clean place and the employees are nice and friendly. Will be back.

There is no place on the website that says you have to cook your food. I ordered 2 calzones. Delivery took awhile. I’m expecting to receive my food prepared and cook, but of course it was not cooked. I will never order from this establishment again.

Had the NY pepperoni and sausage fully edible and tasted great. Making great pizza! 80x better than a frozen pizza. Not sure what the other guy is even talking about! And the young kid provided great service polite and pizza was ready on time. Keep up the great work!!
