I had an amazing experience with Santo from start to finish. The food was delivered right on time, beautifully prepared, and ready to serve without any stress on our end. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care—our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food!
The setup was professional and organized, making the entire process seamless. It was such a relief to work with Santo, he was reliable, attentive to detail, and truly passionate about what he does.He exceeded our expectations and made our event even more special.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for outstanding food and dependable service. We will absolutely be using them again!

So, I’ve been a long time customer and have recommended this place dozens of times over. However, yesterday was a real disappointment for us. Living out of town, we planned our whole day around having an early meal here. Yes, it was a Saturday. Yes, it was Valentine’s Day. But, we were here last year without issues.
This year, I’m not sure what happened, but the service was unexplainable. We always sit at the bar. It was early. Maybe 4:30. There was space at the bar. The bartender never acknowledged us. She let us sit at a dirty station and walked around and served literally everyone but us – including bar tables that sat long after we sat at the bar. Honestly, we thought she was on drugs or something. She stared at the beer taps trying to find the right one like she’d just started that day. Wandered like this was her first job. There was another guy that came in to help, but they were only interested in taking the tickets for tables.
After a while we just stood up and left. Bizarre. Hopefully this isn’t a continuous issue, as we’ve loved this place for years.

We shared a birthday lunch with 6 of us today. We all had something different from the menu and every meal was very good. Our server Adrianna could not have done a better job. Meals, service and atmosphere were great. Thank you Kinsey for setting our reservation for our occasion. I would absolutely recommend Papa Luigi’s.

The food is consistently top notch, the pizza was loaded with everything we requested and the garlic bread is hands down my wife’s favorite. HOWEVER the star of the show was Marissa, our server. Marissa is excellent at her job… friendly, attentive but never pushy and she offered us ways to get real value for our dollar… second glass of wine free before 6, discount on garlic bread with specific pizza orders, etc. We will be back eventually (Florida residents) but we will ask for Marissa.

Papa Luigi’s Tiramisu: Papa Luigi’s opened in 1982 by founder Sal Purpora. He’s since passed running the business on to one of his sons, but they still use Sal’s mom’s Sicilian recipes. The restaurant has plenty of menu options, but I’m skipping to dessert. I’m told tiramisu translates to “pick me up” or “cheer me up” and it certainly did. Its origins are disputed to be from the Italian regions of Veneto or Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It is a coffee flavored dessert made with ladyfingers dipped in coffee or espresso, layered with a sweet, whipped mascarpone cream, and flavored with cocoa. As it is made with coffee there is caffeine in it, but it is a miniscule amount as typically only a half cup of coffee is used for an entire cake (and this is just one piece). I’ve never had a dessert with a texture quite like tiramisu. It’s difficult to describe, but it is rather interesting. It has some cake-like properties to it, but it’s “spongier” and there are the layers of whipped cream. I say spongy, but soggy might be more accurate as it’s dipped in coffee/espresso. The whipped cream is my favorite part as it’s sweet, rich, and pairs perfectly with the more bitter flavor of coffee. If you love coffee and dessert than tiramisu is a must try. Lasagna was very dry, had enough meat in it, but not cheesy and saucey at all, as lasagna should be. Was hard to eat being so dry.
Also the sauce was sour, not very flavorful and the very middle was actually a bit cold.
Very disappointed.
Wish they could fix there food quality inconsistency.
When’s its good, its great.
When its not…. it makes one question about coming back.
Staff is always nice.
If not for that point, this would have been a 2 star review.
