I arrived at 815pm and when I got my food it smelled and tasted like something had burnt. My sister meal taste the same and she had chosen a different plate.The rice was cold and hard. And the staff was sweeping the dinning area while we were eating.

I had the sweet & sour chicken lunch special for under $11 & it came with choice of steamed rice or lomein, a small egg roll & your choice of soup. Its pretty much a dnner sized portion for lunch, so you’re either going to be really full or you’re going to have left overs. My husband had the orange chicken and loved it. Its a small restaurant so the tables are limited, so if you have several people to feed, take it to go. Good music & nice ambiance. I personally love that the food is served in a to go foam plate, that way its easy and quick to take home left overs. Im definitely going bk to try all the other offerings and i suggesr you do the same. 10/10

First time i ever ate there and its the last time. When i walked in there it smelled like my cats litter box hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Smelled like absolute DOOOKIEE!! Even the lady next to us covered her nose while eating. Lets not talk about the food, the chicken was chewy i couldn’t even pull it apart, the egg roll tasted like cardboard, the noodles.. ohh girl dont even like talking about it, and only the good thing was the dr pepper they gave me. AND I LOVE DR PEPPER DONT PLAY!! I kept hearing the cooks yelling and singing like girl what, cook instead of having a whole concert.. NEVER GO HERE IF U ARE PICKY AND SENSITIVE TO THE TASTE OF FOODS!! And jose.. tell your workers to stop yelling your name. And if u cant handle the smell.. dont eat there please!

This place is one of the top Chinese places in the Valley and one of my personal faves!! It’s absolutely delicious and always so yummy!! We love this place!! We have ordered from here so many times!! We usually get it to go (place itself isn’t very big but that’s totally ok). We have had the sesame chicken, general tso (general tso with white meat), almond chicken, sweet & sour chicken, hunan chicken and shrimp. All so good! Their vegetable lo mein is so good!! Also their Sha Cha Three Delight is amazing! (It has shrimp, beef, chicken with veggies and a very tasty brown sauce)! Highly recommend!!

Today, I wanted fish and Chinese at the same time, and I got both with the pepper fish plate. It’s made to order, and you can taste the flavor in every bite. The ginger strips were super delicious, and the fish was cooked to perfection. The restaurant is small, and seating is limited, and the wait was worth it.

This place is pretty good. My orange chicken had a good spicy flavor. But, it was a little over-cooked. It was scalding hot (we were burned trying it), dry, and hard. My brothers didn’t have any issues though. Be warned, if you’re going to sit in the drinks are bottled at just over $2 each. Overall it’s about the price point of Panda Express. And the food is good (I recommend the fried rice).

The good: The food is freshly prepared when you ordered it and the soups are delicious and warm. When you dine in the food is perfect to eat once it cools a little as it comes straight from the kitchen. It was great, so great we came a second time for take out. The bad: Take out was not the way to go. They were out of drinks except for diet coke. The eggroll is placed inside of the steaming hot food container, so by the time it was opened, after a 5-7 minute drive, the eggroll was completely soggy. The noodles had become sticky and were stuck to each other in a rather unappetizing ball. One of the 8 pot stickers was burnt. I know just 1, but I paid for 8 edible pot stickers. The restaurant wouldn’t throw in 9, so I expect 8 edible pot stickers.
More bad: This is also the 2nd time I’ve ordered at Papa Lee’s and the 2nd time they’ve gotten the soup order wrong. It is correct on the receipt, so it’s not a front of house problem. It’s the back that delivers the order incorrectly. The first time it was quickly dealt with because we ate in. The 2nd time I was already home.
Over all, the first impression was really great. The portions were impressive and the food was hot and fresh. I was also really hungry. The 2nd time gave me a good opportunity to see this location for take out and really rate them. It’s okay. Nothing I’d rave about, and also not something I’d go out of my way to eat. We probably won’t be coming back unless we’re really hungry and this is the only place open [and Whataburger on the other side of the parking lot is full].
