Stopped by Papa John’s on a Monday night and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. Honestly, it was better than some high-end pizza places we’ve tried!
The location is perfect, right beside our motel, making it super convenient. Plus, they’re open late, which was great for us. A large pizza for just $16 is an absolute steal! I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended!

Very Disappointed – Burnt Pizza & Rude Service
I ordered Papa John’s through Uber Eats for my kids’ dinner, and what we got was a completely overcooked, burnt pizza that looked and tasted like it had just been reheated from earlier in the day. My kids couldn’t even eat it—it was that bad.
I called the store directly to resolve the issue, but the experience just got worse. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. He kept insisting it was just “crispy” and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining. Then he abruptly passed the call to someone else who couldn’t speak clear English and couldn’t walk us through how to get a refund. The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.
We’ve been regular customers, but this was extremely disappointing. Between the burnt food and the terrible customer service, we’re done. Never ordering from here again.

I asked for a large pizza, she said it comes with 1 topping. I walk outside the sign says 2 topping large for 20.99 same price I paid.
