Ordered a pizza and garlic Parmesan bread sticks. My breadsticks weren’t sauced with the Parmesan and I called the store to express my disappointment and they could care less. I had to drive to the store and pick up the correct food items. The employees were extremely rude and banged on tables making extremely loud sounds as I left the store. There were only two employees on the floor at the time and my pizza was delivered 30 minutes before and the two people working in there said they never make mistakes and obviously they do and they can’t own up to messing up my Parmesan breadsticks.

Called Papa John’s directly. Took my order just fine. Dordash ended up delivering for them. This was never communicated to me nor the poor driver who was waiting for about 10 minutes and ended up putting the pizza on my neighbor’s doorstep. Food was cold and the crust extended halfway to the center of the pizza in some parts. Also never got the soda I ordered and wasn’t able to tip my driver.
The manager might want to stop sniffing paint thinner before work. Chat GPT could’ve provided better customer service.
Didn’t want a refund or replacement, just wanted someone to promise to communicate with future customers.

I ordered a NY XL pepperoni with an extra garlic sauce. I ordered at 5:48mand at 7:39 as I was calling to cancel the doorbell rang. I paid and set the pizza on the table, opened it to find a cold pizza. Cheese was already hard. Even though I ordered two sauces, only one came and it was spilt on the box. The box was coming off on the pizza when you moved it. So I call only to wait on hold the entire time it takes me to drive to the store on old Seward. As I pull up I see a deliver driver outside vaping and another employee smoking a cigarette. One guy inside was making pizzas. He did not say anything to me for over 5 mins. I had to ask if someone was going to acknowledge me or help. He could hear I was on hold. After I explained to him I’d like it remade he basically told me I was wasting his time and other pizzas were falling out of the oven because he was taking time to talk to me. He then said papa John’s don’t care about they quality or they would hire more workers. I get that but 15 mins later, I’m still in store. Waiting. He just came to tell me my pizza will be ready in 7 mins. Also, made sure again to re-mention that’s how franchise operates.

My pizza was clearly dropped. It is cold and undercooked. I just spent 40 dollars after tip on this order and I’m going to have to throw it away.

I order online every time so I can use their 20% off. We get the same thing every time medium pepperoni pizza. Its not greasy like pizza huts gets. The crust is good enough that we eat it and not just automatically set aside for the dogs. We pick up our order I’ve never waited more than five minutes to be rung up. Less than half a mile away from where we live so it’s convenient. It is a little tricky getting into the parking lot if you haven’t done it. There’s a Meridian on old Seward right outside the parking lot so you only can get there from one side of old Seward. If you know where Starbucks is on the corner of old Seward and diamond, its on that same side of the road heading away from diamond mall. I probably just made that a lot more confusing but check out the map here on Google to see what i am talking about.

I’ve been ordering from this Papa John’s for years and always had great pizza but the last three months the ingredients have been getting real skimpy and the pizzas aren’t what they used to be. Last week I pre-ordered two hours before it was 20 minutes late and even though I unselected no contact delivery the driver put my Pizza on a 5° porch then rang the doorbell and the pizza was cold. For future customers maybe put the pizza on your pizza bag so they stay warm.

Really like their thin crust pepperoni pizzas. Their pizza sauce is just right and their desserts are amazing. Delivery times have been perfect and its nice to be able to see where the driver is with your delivery, which makes dealing with dogs easier.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Order never came. Was on hold with the store for over an hour and no one ever answered. Called back the next day and was on hold for another 30 minutes and still no one answered. Called and chose option for manager and still no one ever answered the phone. Called in and chose option for new order. Someone answered and said they could not help me and transferred me back to the manager line. Finally after another 20 minutes they answered. Eventually my order was refunded. But the hoops I had to jump through to make that happen were ridiculous.
