I ordered the all meat pizza on line and paid on line at 4:07 PM. I arrived at 4:19 PM. The pizza was boxed and on the shelf when I arrived. There was one lady on duty. I didn’t notice any fixings out. I picked up the order and went home. The pizza was barely warm and the taste was nowhere near the quality I expected from Papa John’s. I ate two of the slices because I was very hungry. Later, thinking about what I observed, the temperature and taste of the pizza I concluded that the pizza had to have been cooked much earlier. Later I called the restaurant and complained about the pizza. I was given credit in my account.
I will use the credit for my next order and verify the quality before I take it home and that will be the last time I order from Papa John’s. This was inexcusable. I am so sorry because I have used that establishment in the past but no more.
