Location is standing room take out, delivery only. Online order and pickup was fast and easy. About 15min from order to hot pizza for takeout at 630pm. Free garlic dipping sauce had a bad seal.

My family orders from PJ’s probably twice a month, and it’s always a good time! Today I had an issue with online ordering, and my pizzas were made too early for our pickup time. The manager made sure to note the time we needed them ready and everything was fresh and on time! Thank you, Renton Papa John’s!

Totally disgusting people working there . No body care about someone timing . There is waiting like an 1 hour to customers . No body dedicatly works there . When I visited the store they are talking and laughing. No body cares about the orders going on screen. Ordered pepperoni pizza that usually comes loaded with pepperoni. This one was quite barren. And it was delivered by cold with butter sauce that wasn’t melted. Very disappointed.

I placed my order online at 9 AM with a pick up time of 1:45 PM. When I arrived, the pizza was cold because they made it when I ordered it without anticipating my pick up time. The store manager said this is what they do when they are slow. They just make the pizza when it is ordered. In the future, I will definitely call them and make sure that they delay the pizza so it’s fresh for pick up.

I’ve been here three times, maybe four. The time I was actually able to order food it tasted like someone spilled their beer in my marinara sauce. The last time I was in there they just completely ignored me and I went somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to a pizza place where their pizza doesn’t taste like garbage.
