Probably one of the worst Papa John’s locations I’ve ever been to. They didn’t follow any of the order directions, skimped out on toppings, and only had 6 garlic knots instead of the full 8.
When I walked into the place, I heard one of the managers saying “you should be putting as little toppings as you can.” I thought they were joking at first, but when I checked on the pizza, there were very few toppings for a 5 topping pizza. It wasn’t garlic epic stuffed crust, nor cut into squares like our order.
I’m a big Papa John’s fan, but this place isn’t it. I would avoid at all costs and go to a different pizza place nearby.

If I could give zero star I would. I was waiting for my pizza and some young man came in, I was thinking it’s a costumer but he went straight in preparation area and started working on the dough. Didn’t say hi, didn’t wash his hands, horrible. They all look like a bunch of kids doing crap for a paycheck, they are not even worried what kind of impression they leave. I ordered a custom pizza last night, but the ingredients were completely wrong.
I chose jalapeños and bell peppers, but received olives, onions, and basil instead.
I also ordered BBQ sauce, but the pizza came with tomato sauce.
This is a serious mistake and shows no attention to customer orders. Very disappointing and not worth the money. I will not be returning.

I placed my order over an hour ago and then noticed Door Dash had tried to get a hold of me. I called back Papa Johns and figured out they had recorded my address incorrectly and Door Dash couldn’t find me or tried delivering to the wrong address. The guy I spoke with said they’d have to call Doordash again. He didn’t offer a timeframe or even a refund for the inconvenience. I had to ask him how long it would take to get to me. I called back after a few minutes to make sure they kept our pizzas warm and the girl that answered was like “we’ll try and keep them warm. We may have to re-make them” At that point I just told her I wanted to cancel the order. With the terrible service and the fact that they use Doordash I can’t recommend this place.

I ordered via Uber Eats. My order consisted of a Create your Own pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and the 3 cheese blend. What I received was a pizza with only sausage.
My order ticket is printed on the box, so I can verify that Uber Eats did not pick up the wrong order, but that Papa Johns put the wrong pizza in my box.

I read some bad reviews but we had a very pleasant experience. We went in the staff was friendly prompt and quick, we were in and out in from ordering to eating in around 20 min. The restaurant was clean and in order, there is plenty of parking and a very good location for pickup service. Would reccomend this place for a good quick clean pizza place!

This is so upsetting! Would never EVER come back! Too much sauce, semi-raw dough, and 5% toppings in a center of the pizza – like 1.5 – 2inch diameter of toppings in the center! That was a Philly Steak pizza which is 3 toppings pizza, and I could count like 8 pieces of meat, few green peppers and onion chopped with thumb-width pieces – which tasted like steamed onion! That was a BOGO deal… The second one – none the better!
So I pain $29 for two big pieces of bread with 50% cheese coverage. Never again!
P.S. Question to employees – Would you make your mom pizza like that?

I dont know why the reviews are so low that this location has been amazing to me. I’ve picked up 3 pizzas here in the last month. Christina was my most recent pizza specialist. You can tell she cares about her customers and does an excellent job! Thank you, guys!
