Just got in a little late last night and made a stop at Cups and Cheers for dinner before heading to our destination. Its been a long 10hr. Drive.
Found out they had $5 special on Pho Tuesday so had to order me a bowl of course. Also order fried chicken and papaya salad lao style.
Atmosphere was nice, our server she was good and tentative.
Now onto the food.
1. Not sure what went wrong on the pho or do they usually serve it like that I’m not sure all I know is all it taste like was a Bowl of Hot water soup. Im not even exaggerating straight like hot water.
2. The Fried chicken has a nice battered and it came.out looking good. BUT look can be deceiving cos these got no seasoning what so ever on it, add a little salt would be nice.
3. Papaya Lao Style came out the same looks good but man was that blend also.
Need some lime, msg, sugar, Tamarind the whole nine yard to bring up any flavor.
Would I still go back definitely even with a low score. I don’t remember it being this bad. Probably caught them on a off night.
They still have other food on the menu thats usually pretty.

The service and atmosphere was really good, I felt like my minimal needs were met and it was the right vibe. The food could use some improvement; we felt was not salted enough and the sauce did not match the food we were eating. Our server, who was also a manager, was very prompt and provided good service. I wish this business alot of success and looking forward to supporting them in the future.

Came here on a Sunday with a group of 4. We had pho, Papaya salad, fish laab, Vietnamese iced coffee, eggrolls and wontons. My fav was the Papaya salad. It had so much flavor. The pho was decent, just way too much bro to get it to my tasting. The eggrolls and wontons were a bit plain for me. The coffee was super water down for me. It didn’t help that the service took so long.

Foods are good, especially their papaya salad and beef brisket. These are my favorite dishes. The wait is long, even though we did a reservation for a private room for our group a couple of days earlier. So far, go check it out.

The staff was great. The bartender was attentive and well trained. Super friendly and seemed like a really cool person. The food was definitely on point. Perfectly seasoned. The friend chicken wings were perfectly crisp and cooked. The beef brisket was definitely a must. The pepper that came with the meat were not the watered down ones, but was legit. The raw beef laab was well seasoned and didn’t even taste like it was raw for those that are afraid. The pork belly was crispy and perfect with the pepper sauce. Overall everything was delicious and that staff were awesome.

My mom and I came in Tuesday for $5 pho. It’s not busy at all at this time. We wait an hour and watch them serve everyone who came in after us for 1 hour 30 minutes and still no one ever came to our table, after going to everyone else’s table at least 3x. Once we realized they were avoiding us, we walked to Best Steak House and got served in 10 minutes.

I always want to support small businesses and especially my own people, but dang….I can’t help them if they are not making efforts to improve. We dine in, ordered a bunch of food worth $130, none was good except for the papaya salad. Beef brisket didn’t taste like how it was a year ago, I kept going hopping I got a bad cook from the last time I went, but it’s the same thing. I asked for an extra bowl to split my curry noodle, the bowl I got is what I showed here. Please throw away your dirty bowl! White rice was under cook, hard to chew, we didn’t even touch it. Don’t waste your money here. Go somewhere else!

It was awesome! If you’re looking for a karaoke experience for a group, this is the place! They’ve got a couple of rooms and they also have restaurant seating available. They also have a bar. Food was delicious! Waiters were really friendly and helpful. Clean and great atmosphere.
