It’s a good grab and go pizza. Just quick and a mediocre pizza. Nothing super special about it but it’s a good slice. Usually our go to for last minute dinner option. Staff has always been nice when we go in.

I ordered a Garden Fresh Veggie pizza, but when I got home it was missing some veggie toppings, and the toppings that were included were extremely light and mostly confined to the center of the pizza. It looked more like a cheese pizza rather than a Garden Fresh Veggie pizza.
I called the store and spoke with the manager, Kieana, who stated they are running low on vegetables due to the holidays and are rationing toppings on pizzas. She indicated this is their policy and did not seem to understand why this was an issue to me. She further highlighted I was the first one to call about this. When I suggested they should stop selling a pizza they cannot properly make, she responded they can’t do that as they are in the business of selling pizzas…
The interaction was handled unprofessionally and arrogantly. No refund or compensation was offered, nor did I ask for one. Nor I desire one at this point.
I believe it is more important for other potential customers to be aware of the rationing practice at Papa John’s.
After this experience, they have definitely lost a regular long-term customer!

They are really really disrespectful, mean, and everything bad possible, My order was ready but they still didn’t give it to me, they made me wait so much more, None of the workers are wearing gloves, they are really dirty. I even saw one of the sniff their nose into their hands keep working on the pizza don’t ever come here

My pizza was undercooked. I called to see if I could come back and some girl named Meadow answered the phone…. Completely rude. Did not offer me a replacement and questioned my concern. This is not the first time I have a bad experience with this worker. I used to enjoy coming here. Will no longer be coming back.

We placed an order on-line at 3pm for 5pm delivery. This was for a family gathering. We prepared other food at home to meet dietary needs. The delivery did not show at 5. We called to check the order and after being bounced from a rude cashier to a rude GM (Tyler) we drove to pick up the order. We were told the “system was down” but we went to place an order on line to test and they were taking orders. We picked up our pizzas at 5:35PM. We requested a refund and was told “the system is down”. We should have been asked our contact info, been given an apology and a follow up refund could have been offered for when the system was available. Instead we were told Tyler was in “on his day off”. When we asked for the PIC, he said “there is no-one higher than me”. While asking for a refund, the cashier repeatedly inserted herself into the conversation and used the “f”-word. The lack of professionalism was astounding. Our door-dash driver arrived at 5:40 to pick up the pizzas. These had to have been ready 1 hr. By the time we got home all our food was 1.5 hours sitting. We advise others to avoid!

Rude new manager! Threw away my pizza because I asked for it well done of course it wasn’t cooked right. I asked if he could put it back in the oven for a few more minutes he threw it in the trash. The new manager was the cook he says they don’t do well done here.
I won’t be coming back.

I placed an order on papajohns apps for carry out on 5/3. I walked into Rude and overworked people. Maybe manager doesn’t handle his busy dinner time with 3 other pizza maker helpers. They lost my order and asking for different amount to pay… i showed them my phone to get correct total. But that dude was raising his voice at me in very stressed out appearance… maybe that is his way getting thru his busy dinner rush everyday in pizza carry out and delivery business.
