Just ordered the pizza from this store in Bellevue. I am full vegetarian and don’t eat meat because of religious beliefs. There was pepperoni in the pizza I told them about it. They said there wasn’t pepperoni. You can check the picture. After that told me bring back the pizza with pepperoni, I live 15 minutes far from the store. Thanks for ruining someone’s Christmas holiday. Manager was so rude on the phone. Hang up directly after I said I can’t come as it’s far.

I’ve only been to a few locations, but this one has the most consistent quality. My pizza is always made properly, never burned, and always tasty. The staff are attentive from the moment I walk in—they acknowledge me right away and handed me my order ASAP.
I usually visit on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, and there are two staff members who always do a great job. I really appreciate how clean they keep the restaurant, and my kids love the pizza here.
This team truly deserves recognition, more tips, and even a raise for their hard work. Thank you for making fresh pizza such an easy choice over frozen. This location is the reason I keep coming back.

Seems to be hit or miss with this location but when I went yesterday the pizza was certainly a hit, exceptionally good! Had actual cheese pull and ingredients tasted great.
Gone here a couple times for pick up, sometimes pizza is just okay, other times pretty good! I think weekdays when there’s less people ordering tends to be better.

That’s it, not buying pizza here anymore! We have been with this location for a while but today we ordered as usual 2 pizzas and they are a joke. Barely any sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage. Look how edges are wide, they put the same amount of ingredients as for small size pizza on large 14”.

Ordered veggie pizzas and jalapeños bytes. So delicious and tasty. Pizza toppings were generous and cheese was so yummy. I will recommend this place for pizza lovers. Staff were courteous and helpful.

Waiting for my personal pizza ,waited for 45 minutes. The customer service was good, but was cleared under staffed. The staff weren’t wearing any gloves at all, nor changed any gloves during making pizzas. No ppe’s , not happy about it.

We used to come here every Friday or so after ordering online. Then we went on a special diet. We’re back now occasionally. The pizza is so good and different from pizza anywhere else. I’m not sure what’s in it to make it taste so good. The Valentine’s pizza that’s heart shaped is a thin crust we weren’t expecting. Their best deal is a large one-topping pizza and two 20 ounce sodas that’s a carry-out only deal online all for $10.
