So the governor gave you a $5 an hour wage increases. Now you make more than most senior citizens on social security. Your job 90% automated yet you can’t even get an order right or make a good pizza. I ordered New York style regular cooked and get burnt thin crustless pizza.

HORRIBLE Customer service! After over 13 years ordering from this location alone, I was treated so badly by the manager who claimed his name was “Carl” on an error they made with my pizza that I had delivered. I’ve never had to complain about an order before this so I wasn’t expecting the treatment I received. All I asked for was no onions on my pizza and they arrived with onions. I called the store to try to get a replacement as I know mistakes can be made. I was treated with total disrespect and was argued with. All “Carl” had to do was either replace the pizza or offer me a coupon for my next visit.
When I asked for the corporate’s number he gave me one that didn’t exist. I looked it up online and called, having to actually make a formal complaint.
This is so disappointing because I do like their pizza and sides however I will no longer be ordering from them and my word of mouth will encourage others not to as well.
If you only want a pepperoni or cheese pizza, I wouldn’t take the risk here to ensure that you get your order correctly. “Carl” will not help you in rectifying your issue.
Also, if you contact corporate they will only revert you back to the store with no help. They don’t actually support their franchise. I didn’t know this about this company so it’s another reason I will never order from them again.
I feel like I just got robbed, over a simple pizza.
Don’t support this behavior!

They gave me unbaked and bad in taste pizza when i go back to return or ask for change the pizza they do misbehave with me and their customer service and way of talk is very bad

Service and quality went down hill. Use to love this place. If you add or remove an item on a specialty pizza make sure you take a bite before you head home because they forgot jalepenos on my order and wanted me to come back with my pizza so they could fix it. They also overcooked the pizza slighty burnt on the bottom, the crust was very hard. It was very difficult to chew for my parents.

Not the best location but was pleasantly surprised when walking in. The place was well staffed and very clean. Pizza is what you would expect from papa John’s. Tasted fine and cooked as consistent as any other papa Jonny I’ve been to.
I ordered via the app and the pizza was ready by the promised time. Hot and ready for me to pick up. No complaints.

One of the better Papa Johns location in the Sacramento area. They take online orders until 30 mins before closing. They still offer the awesome double cheeseburger pizza at $11. Staff is friendly and parking is ample. Pizzas are usually ready in 15 mins from order and are fresh.

Use to be great, but I ordered 2 pizzas and wings to be delivered by 6 pm and received it at 6:20, slightly warm. I only live a block in a half away. The person delivering was rude as well. And at 6:15 when I asked where my order was I was only told “sorry, we have been busy”. This is like the 3rd time.

This is my first visit to Papa John’s. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste of the pizza. It was really good and I would definitely recommend it to friends who have never tried it. The atmosphere and the restaurant was your typical pickup and go pizza place. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A lot of people came in and out while I was there and all seemed to be regular customers. I spoke to one customer while we were both waiting for our pizzas. He said it was his favorite pizza place in the Sacramento area.
