I ordered a veggie pizza around 12:00 AM and forgot to add ranch. I immediately texted the Dasher, but the employee told him they could not give one ranch unless I paid for it. Adding a single ranch would have cost almost $5 with fees.
Other pizza places like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, and Round Table Pizza usually do not charge for one small ranch, or it’s a very small cost. It’s disappointing that this Papa Johns location charges customers for something so small.
Customer service matters. Refusing a small request like this makes customers feel unappreciated. Because of this experience, I will not order from this location again. I hope the owner considers improving customer service and training employees better.

I went inside the store and order a medium pepperoni pizza with white sauce the guy had a hard time understanding me. He barely spoke any English so he told me 15 minutes. I told him I parked right in front of the store when the Pizza was ready to wave at me so I could come in and get it well 15 minutes. Turn into 45 minutes he never waited at me to come inside so I went inside. The pizza was sitting there. It was cold. I tried to talk to him about it, but he was very rude and this other gentleman that works there basically told me to get the hell out so I will never Spend another a penny in that place. I ordered pizza with white sauce and on top being cold when I went heat it up it had tomato sauce, the red sauce and I cannot have red sauce, so the pizza that went to waste

Delivery was delayed by more than 40 mins. Pizza was cold. In addition, the marinara sauce was rotten and bad. It was clearly fungus infected. When we called the store l, they wouldn’t accept it as their fault. Horrible service indeed !

2.5 miles from my house to the “restaurant” and an hour later I finally get my cold pizza. The sauce has solidified, the crust is tough and the to the point it’s inedible.
45 minutes into the wait, I called and spoke to “Michelle” who begged me to take the pizza and give it a chance. I did so after the driver arrived and dropped the pizza off. After discovering the state of the pizza and sauce I called back and spoke with Michelle once again. Instead of offering a refund she offered a discount on my next order… I quickly informed Michelle there won’t be a “next order”…

What the actual…really…I had this place in February…. excellent food..mind u I don’t like pizza n I’m very easy on food places because I’ve worked in food…maybe was a bad day but…after getting told 15 to 25 min waiting for 40 min. Then seeing this when I got home….sigh….more to say but like I said maybe a bad day….

Papa John’s is right down the street from me, so it’s super convenient to walk down to get my pizza without spending money for gas or delivery charges. They have some of the best pizza around as well as a $5 large one topping on the 28th of every month. This is my favorite pizza spot.

I ordered a pizza from this place and when it arrive I couldn’t even recognize that it was a pizza, I tried calling the store but they hung up on me twice I had to drive to the store to return the pizza for a refund And this is a picture of the pizza, No good customer service He didn’t even try to make it right He just offered a refund and that was it.
