Couldn’t get thin crust from this place…..but, with only one employee I’m guessing pizzas are made the night before (or at least all the crusts). Either way, the employee did a great job and the Papa John’s pizzas are always the best!

Ordered 2 large pizza. Total came out to 60 bucks and we were wanting to split the payment in half. However this lady serving us did not speak English and also had a rude attitude. I took 2 cards out to show her that I wanted to split the payment in half. She still didn’t understand and just told me the total. I then say the total and divide that by 2…meaning to split the total amount. It was very frustrating to speak with her. Very poor customer service. If she did not understand me, why not ask for the manager? Anyway they need to train their staff more.

I ordered at 650 and told the order will be ready in 7 to 17 minutes. I arrived at 725 and took me 3 mins for someone to show her face and was told the order will take 20 more mins. She told the other two guys the same thing that came in after me and then started shaking up dough. Girlll, what have you been doing the last 30 minutes. Clearly not making our pizza.. lol It better be good too

I’ve been waiting months and several visits to review this place as it’s brand new to the community and wanted the kinks to be ironed out. Here it is:
Papa John’s as a company has declined in its marketing, quality, and taste. However, this location has stepped it up, in the beginning the pizza was really greasy and the quality was poor and so was the customer service (when recently opened), since then the quality has gone up, pizza has been way better (although they could be more generous with toppings – skimpy even when ordering extra), and the customer service has been amazing!
Each time there has been an issue (2 liter forgotten, missed item in order) they’ve been very helpful and made it right. On top of that, although it says “curbside pickup” that isn’t something offered by this location or in it’s app, but when I really needed them to come through for me and bring the pizza to my car, they had no problem with it. I genuinely hope they continue to keep this up and prove the public wrong about their chain. The local community needs better customer service and good quality places to visit and right now this place is on that list.

I love their pizza ! I think their first deals are amazing and not to mention the pizza is always tasty. I’ve never had an issue. Every time I order carry out or delivery my order is accurate. Not to mention one time I ordered carry out but couldn’t get out the car as I had my child asleep in the car. I called them when I arrived and asked if they could bring my order out. They did and I was so thankful!

I came for the breadsticks and the garlic dipping sauce and was not disappointed. Though, the location tag on Google Maps initially led me to a private residence. I was able to call for location details and found that it is next to the Arco on Avenue Two. Breadsticks were great, dipping sauce was , and the jalapeño cheese bites made me sweat . Service was great, no notes. Delighted to come through again for my next craving.

It’s disgusting how they make pizza. I watched as a delivery driver came in after a delivery and started tossing dough over her arms hair and all. It’s the same way all of the employees make pizza. The workers didnt have my food ready and told me it was already picked up. They told me it was going to be a wait since somebody stole my order. I asked why did you give my order to someone else and they said the person gave my same name. What!? Now Im confused how did they know my name and order? Inside job! After I called them out, I seen one of the workers smile and put their head down in shame. I told them just cancel the order. After that and seeing unclean habits I’m done.
