I’ve never made a bad post until now. This is the most horrible Pizza experience I have ever had in my 37 years I’m not sure if it’s supposed to come like this but it is completely flat (almost transparent). Can hold up to the light and almost see through the pizza. there is no sauce ABSOLUTELY NONE on it. The calzones were utterly disgusting. the mushrooms and the spinach taste like it went bad and they still cooked it. The only good thing out of the entire order was the brownies that was ordered.

Really horrible pizza. I ordered through DoorDash specifically asking for original crust garden pizza. I don’t know what I received. The crust is definitely not original style, the pizza is rubbery (as if it’s been sitting out a while) and all the veggies that are supposed to come on the pizza didn’t come on it. First of all, they charge so much extra when you order through DoorDash, and then they can’t even ensure the pizza is good. I’ve ordered this sabe pizza from countless papa Johns all over the world, and they’re roughly the same everywhere. I don’t know how they messed this up so badly. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the manager offered to maker a new one, but I didn’t accept because I’d have to pick it up and don’t have the time. He tried though. But again, the pizza was just horrible.

In the past 3-4 months the quality of pizza from this location has went downhill in a major way. At first I thought maybe the cook burned me then it happened again, and tonight is the last time I’m ordering from this location. Absolutely everything is skimpy, the sauce, cheese, toppings.

Worst pizzas Papa John’s has ever produced!
I’ve worked a decent amount of years for other pizza restaurants in my lifetime, so I can say that I’m confident in knowing what makes a pizza taste good. And I can say with full confidence that these guys use old dough. When I got my pizza it was SO FLAT. I ordered a hand tossed stuffed crust and it felt like I was eating cardboard pizza. Usually Papa John’s is some of the best pizza around, but this location fails. It taste worst than Walmart branded pizza. I couldn’t even finish my pizza. I swore an oath to never eat here again and I’ll abide by that oath until the day I die.

Picked up 8 pizzas and wings for the crews. They had them ready and on time nice and hot. We even had to order an extra large last minute and they got it done in 10 minutes. Amazing!

this is my favorite restaurant in the Bay Area to go to. They open early and close late, The staff is always so friendly and supportive, and Make the best food they are very understanding When it comes to customer inconveniences and they always serve with a smile I have never had a bad experience here been in the Bay Area for 1 year now and this Papa John’s has been my lifeline

I ordered a cold pie with ants surrounding it from here. First issue was the driver didn’t understand instructions and I was on the phone with him for 15 minutes to walk him through the apartment community. Second, after I finally got the pizza, it was cold and COVERED in ants. I called immediately and told the manager and he told me to send a picture of the ants and i sent it, he is trying to tell me that it was me that has ants…. I asked them to come get their pizza and to remake or refund and they didn’t do anything. Fast forward to today, no refund and the guy is asking for a picture again. This place is absolute garbage! With uneducated guys that can’t read and apparently keep their kitchen and cars clean.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. l tracked it using the tracking tool. The order showed delivered but I hadn’t received my order. I called the store. No one answered for over 15 minutes. I called corporate. This was a fifteen minute call in which they attempted to call the store, no one answered. Corporate told me I’d receive a refund and someone would call me within 48 hours. No call or refund ever came. The store attempted to make it right, When they called me an hour later, by delivering HALF of the order I was charged for.

Small store, not a good place to eat at if you have a party of 5+. But, they typically make their pizzas quickly – 15 mins easily on a weekday around 3-4 pm. Staff are kind and seem to work hard when customers are around. All in all, good place to get your pizzas (but not necessarily eat at).
