Had a Papadias that was delicious. Went back two days later, yesterday, around 12 (not sure who the three workers were) & ordered two more for my daughter and I. This time they weren’t made w/ the flatbread; Instead they looked exactly like regular pizzas folded. Took pictures of them & will go speak with the manager.

I’ve given this Papa John’s a few chances over the past year, and unfortunately, it’s been mostly disappointing. The pizza isn’t terrible—it’s edible and sometimes hits the spot if you’re really craving it—but the service and consistency are where things fall apart.
Last time I ordered, it took over 90 minutes for a basic pizza and breadsticks to arrive, and when it finally did, everything was lukewarm. The crust was hard on the edges and undercooked in the middle, and the toppings were carelessly thrown on. The breadsticks were dry and came with no dipping sauce, even though I paid for one. It’s not the first time something was missing from my order either.
When I called to ask about the delay and the missing item, the staff wasn’t rude, but they also didn’t seem interested in helping. No apology, no offer to fix it—just kind of brushed it off.
I will say that I’ve had one or two decent experiences in the past, which is why this is getting two stars instead of one. But between the delivery delays, inconsistent food quality, and customer service that feels like an afterthought, it’s hard to recommend. If you’re desperate for pizza, maybe… but there are definitely better spots in Ridgecrest.

I got just a pepperoni pizza. It was pretty tasty. However, the best thing is that it was on sale for $10! The price made the pizza that much better. If they don’t have the pizza on sale, though. I’d stick with a different pizza place like dominoes.

Ordered hand tossed pepperoni. It was delivered cold. Old looking. Very thin crust. So I called and they sent another one. I specifically said no thin crust. It was delivered even thinner. Both had barely cheese. Pizzas were so hard . It was thinner than cardboard. So they’re refunding first pizza. I never had a problem with that before but I’ll never order from them again..
They’ve been going down hill on their service this past year. Even little Cesar’s have gone down hill.

The pizza is good. If you use online coupons the price is worth it. Recommend ordering ahead and online. Would have given better rating but had issues with my order and had to wait longer than normal.

I recently placed an online order for a pizza from Papa John’s in Ridgecrest. The estimated completion time was 12 minutes, which was convenient. However, upon receiving the notification that my order was ready and driving to the store, I was met with an unexpected and frustrating situation.
Despite the confirmation that my pizza was ready, it turned out that they hadn’t even started making it. This led to an additional 50-minute wait, which was completely unacceptable. I’m not sure what caused this error, but it raises concerns about the accuracy of their online ordering system and overall efficiency.
While the pizza itself was decent, the excessive wait time significantly impacted my experience. I hope that Papa John’s addresses this issue to ensure that customers receive their orders in a timely manner and avoid similar situations in the future.

If you’re visiting somebody on base and decide to order pizza from Papa Johns, be prepared to double the amount of time they say your order will be delivered because they only have 1 delivery driver that can deliver on base. Also do not have expectations that your pizza will arrive hot. The pizza tasted as if it was prepared within the right amount of time but then it sits under a heat lamp until it is finally ready for delivery over an hour later.
Also be prepared to pay premium price just for a pepperoni pizza because there’s really no other choice for delivery after 7pm.

Hi so first I just wanted to say I’m a first responder and I was working yesterday , myself and the crew went into Papa John’s to order pizza towards the end of the night after running calls and helping people all day. We have never been so mistreated in our lives. This worker that had the short hair she was so snotty and rude and obviously did not want to be. I can not stand entitled brats, I feel you’re being paid to do a job and represent a company you do it in a professional manner. You don’t have to like the people who come in, but you still show them respect. This was on. 7-8-23 just in case you wanted to look in on this person it was 10 o’clock this girl needs to find a different job or learn how to communicate with customers, she was completely rude and made our pizzas so horribly we did not even end up eating them. I’m also a business owner in the small town of Ridgecrest I have multiple businesses here and would be so upset if I learned that one of my employees treated a customer Like this. So just so you know I will never step foot in that place again and I will let everyone I know what happened not just in town but on social media, and pray that they don’t go there either. Train your employees better or get better management.

I order a large pizza with extra pepperoni. I get home and the pizza is half cheese and pepperoni. There were 8 pieces of pepperoni. How does one make that mistake? Incompetence is the answer. This place is, in my opinion, is ripping people off by using very little ingredients on their pizzas. No more papa John for me.
